Every time I order my meal at this location, it seems to be a 50/50 chance of getting my burritos correct. Even though the provided touch screens, they seem to always mess up my orders. If you don’t want to go back 3 times in one day just to fix 1 burrito, steer clear.

I have not gone there yet and had my order come out correct on the first try. Last food I ordered my pizza tasted like a chemical which was crazy because my daughter’s Mexican pizza was fine. I had to throw my whole thing in the garbage. One time the drinks were not working and they failed at the attempt to fix it after a 15 min wait so by the time I was able to get to my food needless to say still without a drink my food was ice cold. Went through drive thru and was told at 1:30 in the afternoon it was closed. No pre warning, no sign hanging up, they just told each customer as they pulled up to the speaker. So waited in line for nothing because it took them a minute to tell people.

Extremely slow in drive through and only one other customer inside. Asked to use the kiosk to order instead of an actual person that I could pay cash to. And then when the food came poorly prepared isn’t even the start of it, lettuce and tomato pouring out of the wrapper as I take it out of the bag leaving very little on the tacos and very little meat on my nachos. You think are a new establishment and over $40 things would be a bit better!

Extraordinarily slow. Workers seemed understaffed, causing them to be slightly snappy with customers. Another worker walked and they actually begged him to clock in. Watched a woman in the drive through sit there waiting to order for the entire time I waited for my food, even though they were actually MORE responsive to drive through and pick-up orders. I have too many details to include…I recommend avoiding despite the food being OK.

So a lady (shift manager) with green hair has green neck as well was over charging me didn’t apologize just said because it was busy and by herself she didn’t notice it(lies). Also her shirt was too tight buttons were about to pop. Then I told her my sweet tea wasn’t sweet she drunk from my cup and said it was (wth). Says they close at 12 I show up at 11:45 and they tell me they are closed and can’t do anything about it. Had the Mexican bean pizza, it was crunchy didn’t have much flavor though. Paid for yellowbird sauce but they didn’t have it so instead of a refund, they gave me free sauce that doesn’t cost anything and they mixed up that order too..Had the black bean grilled cheese burrito, they mixed my order and got me the burrito with meat which I can’t eat (not halal)… had to drive back for it, again, which they replaced but it didn’t taste good anyways ♀️… too much bean and cheese… felt sick after eating… I guess the good thing were the staff wasn’t rude and the nacho fries tastes good… wish they gave more fries though…
