This is the worst taco bell I have ever been too. The workers are always cussing and yelling at each other joking around at the window yet they never get our order right( EVER )! 6:15 pm shift 4 Feb, the manager needs to have some corrective action taken, maybe new employees that can do simple task right. Only reason I gave one star is because 0 is not an option

This is the worst Taco Bell EVER and has been since they opened. They are never consistent. Constantly gets orders wrong. I don’t think I have ever had an order from here that I have not had to complain about. I mean how hard is it to read an order that someone else already correctly puts in the system for you! They should just close this one down because not a single person there knows how to do a simple job. And this has happened no matter if you eat there, get take out or have it delivered. The order is always messed up somehow.

Thought I’d give them a try being they just opened up. The drive-through is easy to get in easy to get out.
My order was correct and fast even though I was there at lunchtime. I was quite impressed. You do need to let them know before you get to the window when ordering how many hot sauces you might want they gave me one for each item I ordered so I had to ask for more at the window.
They have a couple tables outside to eat. I haven’t been inside yet, so I don’t know what their dining area looks like or the bathrooms just a drive-through.

Ordered food, it was wrong (typical for this particular Taco Bell) and the employee fought with me about what Fresco means. It means no dairy, add pico. You can Google it. Disgraceful. Managers need to be aware of how nasty these kids’ attitudes are. They’re also just consistently terrible about making your food right, can almost guarantee your order will be messed up ordering here.

This Taco Bell started out great when it opened a couple years ago, but it has gone downhill fast. The food quality is consistently poor now — burritos feel mostly empty, crunchwraps are mostly tortilla, and the taste is just “off.” They’re also often out of basics like tea and Mexican Pizzas. And honestly, this is the South — how do you never have tea? It gives the impression they just don’t want to take the time to make it.
Service has dropped too. The staff often seems uninterested, and on my last visit they removed an item from my order without telling me. I only found out after driving back to the store that it was out of stock. They also never include sauce packets, even when requested.

This place is HORRIBLE. I sat yesterday 12/27 I went through the drive thru and they made me pull around well we sat there an HOUR waiting on our order! People who have ordered after us got their food, but we were still waiting. It was 2 things. Everyone in there was new and only one manager. Oh and the manager didn’t want to give us a refund!!! – but finally did. Corporate needs to be called or make a visit.

This Taco Bell is so bad it’s like they’re trying to win an award for the worst Taco Bell in the country. The flatbread on the gordita crunch was so hard, it would’ve taken out a tooth if we tried to eat it. They’re out here serving hockey pucks disguised as food. Also- how do you forget the BEEF in a beefy 5 layer burrito?

Customer service is awful. Have to wait in the parking lot for over 10 minutes for your food if you order through the drive thru. If the AI doesn’t understand you and orders whatever, the staff won’t make it right. Won’t be back. Worst Taco Bell we’ve been to. Keeps going down hill.
