The Marcos location in West valley is way better. The Family Cesar salad that serves four was terrible. They didn’t even add the croutons. They didn’t give me my sauces that I ordered.

We have been ordering from this location for over a year. Tonight we received the worst customer service ever. The ordering took longer than usual – the cashier clearly did not know your system. Then, when we picked up our pizza we were told we didn’t have an order- arguing with my daughter that we must have placed the order at an alternate location. We provided the credit card receipt to prove the order was indeed placed. The experience was frustrating and I will not be returning.

Food is actually pretty good but service is aweful. The staff doesn’t pay attention to details. The last two times I was there to pick up my order they told me repeatedly that it wasn’t ready and after waiting 30 minutes I asked them to check again and then they finally noticed that it had been ready the entire time. I hope the employees will take better care of their customers so this business can be successful. But I won’t be back. Good luck ‍♂️

When I first arrived at the restaurant nobody greeted me until I said something. Finally, Angel noticed and came out to take my order. It was very hard to communicate with her as I am bilingual and almost everyone in that store, Spanish and English were in the back cussing up a storm. My food was made very slowly, and acted as if they didn’t care about their customers. I also noticed one girl, I asked her name it was Alix, was not washing her hands or wearing gloves. I’ve been at this restaurant 3 times since its opened, and the most recent time i went, yesterday, i was able to meet Sarah, who turned my experience from a 1 star to a 5 star. She is the bubbliest person I have ever met, she’s quick and courteous and you can really tell that she cares about what she’s doing and the people she serves. I hope the team is able to cut the dead weight, and that everyone takes notes on how to work in customer service and food industry from Sarah. She is AMAZING. Can’t wait to visit Marcos again.

Disappointed with the customer service. Website said they open at 10 am so I ordered pizzas to be ready at 10:30 for an event. I’ve arrived on time and the door was closed. 30 minutes later I’ve been on hold with them for 10 minutes just to find out a worker came in at 11. One of the pizzas was switched for something else and due to lack of time I needed it delivered hoping delivery would be offered for free for the mistake they made, but no. Ended up paying about 10$ more than I wanted to.

Ordered a Large pizza and a 2-Liter Pepsi. Pepsi was not delivered. Receipt was torn off box. ‍♂️ Called the store was on hold for 16 minutes hung up and took an online survey about my experience. I’m 109% sure the delivery driver kept the Pepsi.

Ordered 6 pizzas 2 hours in advance of a set delivery time. Was told it would be on time. Pizza was late, cold and burnt, no refund or replacement pizzas were offered. Won’t be back.

I went in and Alix (I think that’s how she spelled it) was helping at first, she seemed to get the order wrong and instead of trying to fix it in a timely manner, I could hear her in the back swearing and complaining. I was about to just walk out without anything but another girl Sarah stepped in and completely turned my experience around. I was able to get the right food and leave with a smile. Definitely some issues with staff but I’m thankful for Sarah for turning things around.
