By far the smallest medium pizza around. It’s the same size as most personal pizza and DEFINITELY not worth it. You get more from every other pizza place for about the same price. We never got to try this locations pizza. I called on 4/1 around 2pm to order one of their $8.99 1-topping carry out pizzas, I had the flyer that was mailed out with the 899TOGO code with their address and phone number on it. The guy on the phone after saying “hmmm….hmmm….hmmm…” repeatedly for 5 minutes told me that he couldn’t find that in their system. Franchisee, train your people better! We said forget it and gave our money to another pizza company.

I want to let everyone know that Marcos on Matlock helped me out of a bind with superior customer service. I needed 39 pizzas for students at 11am. I understand this was a large order right when they opened. Arianne did not hesitate to put things in motion to make this happen. All of the pizzas were ready by 11am and they were still hot by the time we got them at the Arlington convention center. Great customer service has really been challenging in recent years, but I cannot express enough the great customer service we received at this location. Any pizza we need in the future will be purchased here. Big thanks to all the staff that helped put our order together and of course Arianne!

Rude person on the phone. He asked me to tell him the order and cut me off once I started. I didn’t even get the chance to say thanks when he hung up the phone on me. The guy on the counter was great though, thats why at least 3 stars.
