Ordered curbside but had to walk in to get it because no one came out. I get back to my barrack room to enjoy the pizza because it smelled amazing but to m dismay, the didn’t even slice the pizza. Not one cut anywhere.

Just ordered two pizzas and a Caesar salad for delivery. Got my food and realized they gave me a Greek salad. I’ve been calling and no one will answer the phone. I paid cash and tipped, I want my money back since they can’t respond. Beyond frustrated. Been on hold for over 20 minutes. Unacceptable.

Got there after my promised time and they were short staffed, rude, and burnt the heck out of my pizza and I still had to wait. I walked in when the lady was on the phone once she hung up she asked me my name after I paid she threw her hands up and shrugged and said I have no idea where it’s at atm we’ve been busy. Okay well that’s fine and all but now that I’m here you need to accommodate me and find my order since it’s past my promised time. This lady didn’t even check on it for me. Then when the other guy worker in there finally boxed my pizza up I said “thank you sir” and the dude couldn’t even bare to crack a smile back at me. Gross negative environment. Corporate needs to step in and help this location out.

My online order for pick up was just exactly as I specified, it was hot when we arrived, and the staff was helpful. Loved the regular crust. Added garlic to it and extra sauce to the pizza…good call. Our cheese-only kids were big fans as well. It was our first Marco’s experience, and it won’t be our last.

Marco’s is usually pretty good but not this time. I placed my order online for a 2 topping large pizza w/ extra cheese. I didn’t check the pizza so when I got home I set the pizza on the stove so when my son went to fix him some he asked if I brought a sausage pizza I said no not thinking much of it so he eats after I came in from outside I decided to look and what I see is not at all what I ordered this pizza had no pepperoni and I’m even sure it had extra cheese on so I call down to the store a lady answered so I began to tell her that my order was wrong all she said was to bring it back to the store she didn’t try to resolve the issue or nothing. It’s hot and gas prices are high and plus I been at work all so no I don’t feel coming back to the store. So it’ll be a minute before Marco’s see any more of my money. Very disappointed

I’ll order a 20 ounce Mountain Dew and a extra large pepperoni and the customer service who took my order did everything properly in it will probably very professional but dude the driver who brought my order out first time had my order wrong. Dan he made threats towards me and I contacted had to call called the North Little Rock on JFK office several times, and finally got through back to the lady who took my old the first time she said she would contact the owner to take care of I don’t recommend this piece of plate to anybody

Order was late, and I selected contactless delivery due to having strep throat. Delivery driver waited outside until I came and made contact. Store hung up on me when I called to warn about possible contamination.
