Let’s talk about Marco’s Pizza, where every slice is an adventure—assuming you can get a slice in the first place. Yes, that’s right, Marco’s Pizza serves up a whole pie without bothering to cut it. Maybe they thought we’d enjoy the challenge of playing tug-of-war with our dinner?
The dough at Marco’s seems to have aspirations of its own. In my pizza, one section of the crust had puffed up into a bread bubble so large, it looked like it was trying to escape. I half-expected it to float away and join a hot air balloon festival.
As for the crust, it was chewy and thin. Not the delightful kind of chewy that gives your jaw a workout, but the sort that makes you wonder if you’re actually gnawing on a piece of rubber. At one point, I thought I might be re-enacting a scene from “Chewing Gum: The Musical.”
On the bright side, the sauce and toppings were…present. They didn’t quite make up for the rest of the pizza’s eccentricities, but they were there. Somewhere. Maybe they got lost under the bread bubble.
In conclusion, Marco’s Pizza is perfect for those who enjoy a bit of whimsy with their meal. Just make sure to bring a pizza cutter, a sense of humor, and a strong jaw.

We placed an order earlier today directly through the Marco’s Pizza website for delivery. After waiting over an hour and a half, we called for an update and learned there had been a system glitch; DoorDash had been assigned the delivery, and our food had been sitting ready for pickup.
The older gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly attentive and apologetic. Even though the issue wasn’t their fault, he refunded our order and let us keep the food for free since we ended up picking it up ourselves.
We were initially disappointed because we were starving, but this thoughtful gesture completely turned things around. That’s true customer service and service recovery! Because of this experience, we’ll absolutely continue ordering from Marco’s Pizza.

My online order for pick up was just exactly as I specified, it was hot when we arrived, and the staff was helpful. Loved the regular crust. Added garlic to it and extra sauce to the pizza…good call. Our cheese-only kids were big fans as well. It was our first Marco’s experience, and it won’t be our last.

Ordered curbside but had to walk in to get it because no one came out. I get back to my barrack room to enjoy the pizza because it smelled amazing but to m dismay, the didn’t even slice the pizza. Not one cut anywhere.

This was my usual at least once a week until I seen something so nasty. Picture this .. your standing in the lobby watching the guy making the pizzas wiped his bare hands on the booty part of his pants then follow it up with the chest area of his shirt then walk to the computer screen touch all of it…finish up with the customer then go straight to the fridge pull out dough without washing his hand and starts flattening and preparing dough for pizza without washing his hands ,putting on gloves or and sanitizer… and who knows if he even ever washes his hands because even when i confront him he continues to make other people’s pizza with his dirty hands.. so if your feeling a lil sick after Marcos on JFK it’s because that big guy in the back making pizzas dont wash his hands..

Marco’s is usually pretty good but not this time. I placed my order online for a 2 topping large pizza w/ extra cheese. I didn’t check the pizza so when I got home I set the pizza on the stove so when my son went to fix him some he asked if I brought a sausage pizza I said no not thinking much of it so he eats after I came in from outside I decided to look and what I see is not at all what I ordered this pizza had no pepperoni and I’m even sure it had extra cheese on so I call down to the store a lady answered so I began to tell her that my order was wrong all she said was to bring it back to the store she didn’t try to resolve the issue or nothing. It’s hot and gas prices are high and plus I been at work all so no I don’t feel coming back to the store. So it’ll be a minute before Marco’s see any more of my money. Very disappointed

It’s amazing to see the difference between what is advertised and what is delivered. A Hawaiian pizza with no pineapples. I don’t remember Marco’s ever being this bad. Will not be returning.

Just ordered two pizzas and a Caesar salad for delivery. Got my food and realized they gave me a Greek salad. I’ve been calling and no one will answer the phone. I paid cash and tipped, I want my money back since they can’t respond. Beyond frustrated. Been on hold for over 20 minutes. Unacceptable.

Got the order 40 minutes after promise time, called the store to see what we should expect and after 25 minutes I am still on hold. Once the order finally arrived the pizza box was crushed and the cheese was stuck to the box. The pizza was warm at best but everything else was cold. I am STILL on hold trying to talk to someone at the store. This was only my 2nd time trying Marcos and I will not be back. I finally just hung up after an hour on hold. Obviously I’m not going to get an answer.
