I’m not biased but this might be the best in all of Twin Cities so far. The cheese, bread, crisp and everything was perfect to taste. Im not a pizza lover, but to me this still wins even after heated up the next day. Sadly the one we always go to closed down.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Came in a half hour before they closed and both employees were still so nice. Great food at the end of a terrible day. Can’t recommend them enough

This place used to make the best pies around. Now they’ve suddenly taken a sharp dive in quality. And they were very rude to my wife when she requested a refund.
Update 8/27/24: although the cashier claimed to have issued a refund, it never appeared on our credit card account.
Update 8/27/24: manager called me today and was very apologetic and issued me a refund and kindly added store credit to my account as well. ️
Update 9/10/24: the refund never appeared. I no longer trust anything this business tells me and will not be ordering pizza here again.

I’ve ordered a couple times from this locations and it’s hit or miss. The food quality is very inconsistent as you can see from the photo. The title is pepperoni magnifico but there’s barely any pepperonis on this one compared to the last time I ordered. None of the signature seasons on the cross as you can see in the photo as well. And the pizza was weird tasting, overcooked and greasy. When I called the location to speak with a manager the young man that picked up the phone refuse to give me his name or the managers name and ended up hanging up on me. so we definitely won’t be ordering from them ever again. these companies need to realize that the way they treat him customers is important that were treated badly we’ll just go somewhere else jet pizzas right behind them and as just as good pizza

Marco’s used to be the BEST pizza around. We moved out of their delivery area and still drive 20 mins to get their pizza. The past few times we’ve had issues but this past weekend was shocking. We made on online order for pick up, arrived at the time selected and realized they were just starting our pizzas. Ok no problem – they must be busy. I can wait. About 15 mins later, we got our order and when I took a look, I realized it was missing a few toppings and didn’t have extra cheese or garlic parm crust. The guy at the front apologized, took the pizza and about 10 mins later, handed me what you see in the pic. I didn’t even ask for white onions. To think a pizza place would think this is okay is absurd.

Pizza was good, cinnamon sticks were . The employee was slightly rude when we were ordering but he said another customer put him in a bad mood. So we forgave him I know how people act at food places. Nice pizza joint overall, better than Domino’s

Pizza bowls are excellent! Great for those on the Keto diet like myself. Leftovers you can add to other dishes…

We had a big grad party and the grad wanted Marcos. I called ahead to warn them about the large order(s) that would be coming through the evening and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend the New Hope location, and calling ahead by 48 hours worked well. Everyone loved the pizza and it came so hot the steam poured out of the delivery bags. The drivers were very kind and very professional.

Pizza was missing our toppings but charged as if they were added. When I called regarding this we never heard an apology but was told we will get $5 credit on our next order. I said, why would I ever want to order from you again, he said, suit yourself. I have worked in customer service all my life. If I heard an employee talking to a customer like that they would have been fired on the spot. When my husband called and asked him to read our order back to him, he called my husband weird and still no apology was offered. I will be reaching out to a district manager.

Terrible Experience – Avoid Marcos Pizza on Mountain Rushmore
I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience with Marcos Pizza at 2201 Mountain Rushmore was beyond disappointing. I ordered two pizzas, and they never showed up. When I called to inquire about my order, I was told it had been canceled because the driver couldn’t reach me. The kicker? No one ever called me to let me know they were having trouble!
The customer service was incredibly rude when I tried to explain the situation. Instead of offering a solution or showing any empathy, I was met with dismissive responses. It’s hard to believe how poorly they handle basic customer service.
If you’re considering ordering from here, do yourself a favor and avoid the frustration. This was my first and last time ordering from Marcos Pizza. Terrible service all around.
