I ordered a Subway Club, but they were out of roast beef. I asked if they could substitute another meat or at least give me more of the others that come on the sandwich, but the employee said she couldn’t because of a new policy that doesn’t allow them to deviate from the recipe. That makes no sense, especially when customers can freely add or remove any toppings they want. So I ended up paying full price for a sandwich that was missing one of the main ingredients, with no effort made to make up for it. Really poor customer service and a frustrating experience.

Absolutely awful. Will never come here again. I got a chicken teriyaki TOASTED. and it was cold. The girl putting my sandwich together had long hair in a pony tail, she turned around and her hair was in my sandwich! And she asked what i wanted on it. I said how it comes. She said “i don’t know how it comes what do you want?” … like what? Waste of money. I didnt even finish the sandwich because again, the chicken was cold to touch (we ate there!) And the bread was hard.

Customer service? Whats that? You put the meanest and angriest employ (older lady who looks native) at the front to make the sandwiches. Absolutely rude to everyone and has an attitude problem. And $15 for a footlong without a combo. The deli are the commissary is a far better choice. Would give it a negative star if I could.

Waited 5 minutes for Loraine to arrange cookies. When I was finally able to place my order, her demeanor was as if I was an inconvenience even though I was the only one in line. There needs to be some retraining on customer service etiquette.

Update: I just wanted a scoop of smashed guacamole for a protein bowl. Lorraine was huffing and puffing the whole time. What an inconvenience. Then, she tried arguing that it’s $2 for a single scoop of guacamole even though the menu board contradicts her, but who the heck am I? A PAYING CUSTOMER.

I go here everyday from work for my lunch break to try and lose weight on the Subway diet but it seems the workers don’t like working there and also need to work on their customer service skills and tact and be a bit more patient when taking orders.

*Update: Had a sandwich from them yesterday and the bread was awfully hard and stale.

*Update 2: When I tried to ring up and pay for a drink Lorraine was too busy with some paperwork apparently that she couldn’t come to the register for just a few seconds? Saying “you’ll have to wait” is not good customer service.

I ordered two subs with no onions on the app (due to an onion allergy) and the manager said there was nothing he could do for me, I asked if I could bring the subs back and get two made without onions and he said they were unable to accommodate my request.
Food is normally amazing just this issue feels like it was handled improperly by the manager as of 07/18/2023.

TL;DR app issue resulted in $30 worth of subs I can’t eat due to an allergy, manager wouldn’t make new subs without onions and said there was nothing he could do.

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I love how Lorraine will always notice me and remember my order. Feels nice to have such amazing customer service and to be welcomed. Thank god manager Cherlyn and Wendy are gone worst customer service ever, best decision to finally get rid of them. Keep up with the amazing job you’re doing Lorraine!!

This place is trash!:The older lady was very rude. The workers act like they don’t wanna be there. My sub was thrown together and messy, bread was hard and stale.

I ordered a veggie wrap.Tomatoes were old, over ripped and should not have been served. Some of the spinach leafs we mush and definitely should not been put on a sandwich but rather the trash. Lettuce was not fresh. The cucumber were mush like they had been overly ripen or frozen, that I passed rather than take a chance. Subway prides itself on freshness but this one misses the mark.

It seems VERY important to the server lady, just exactly , where you stand when giving your order. Whether your voice carries or whether you are trying to read the menu …no matter… You must stand where she wants to give your request of your sandwich. Sorry, I won’t play that game. Took my business elsewhere . Sale lost all over 5 inches distance ! Bye.
