Every time I go into Marco’s Tecumseh, I’m always greeted with smiling faces and a “Welcome to Marco’s!” It makes me feel so welcome there. My pizza always comes out faster than expected, hot, fresh, and looking beautiful. I could not be happier with my service at Marco’s Tecumseh!

Lately I decided to try Marcos pizza after a while of not having it. I am blown away. I called it in and it was ready 10 minutes later, I was greeted and smiled at by a nice young lady and the food was delicious. I would recommend this spot.

Every time I go here something is wrong. Multiple times like today they forget the dipping sauce. Then on top they leave you a note to take their survey for free cheese bread using the QR code on the front of the receipt or in your email. Neither place has a QR code. Food is good but the service is subpar

I called in an order for pickup. My total was around $30. When I arrived I gave the cashier a hundred dollar bill and she refused to take it. Said they don’t accept $100 bills. I was told if i wanted my pizza I would have to go get change and come back. I understand some businesses are short on change but if you don’t have $70 to give back then that’s a whole other issue in itself. Won’t be returning.

Ordered a few pizzas, boneless wings and bread. Went to pick it up and one of the pizzas was made incorrectly. They said they’d remake it. OK. I waited another 40 minutes for a medium pizza to be remade. So everything else was cold. And then the remade pizza was wrong again. In a different way.

This has got to be the worst marcos of them all. The staff is full of drama. Family members are supervising other family members. Staff is allowed to yell at other employees to the point customers can hear. Seems like management likes to bully other staff members and this Marcos has officially lost my business for good.

It is official Marcos is the worst choice for pizza! Second time within 6 months that we pick up a pizza and the crust is doughy and not cooked all the way. Going to file a report with the health dept. Not sure what is so difficult about making a pizza, and they were not even busy. They just do not care about quality!
