I love Marcos but I will not be going here anymore. I get you need workers but if your business suffers because of them, they aren’t worth it. I ordered a pizza 30 minutes before close and they can’t make it because they are “closed.” The last time it was an hour before and it was because the “oven was broke.” After reading other reviews I’m clearly not the only one. Your missing out on so much money to be made! Also FYI, if your closing then turn off your online orders.

Lord, I don’t know what the person taking orders on the phone is smoking but it is too strong for them. Practically incoherent..and when I picked up the order, absolutely everything was wrong. I have no idea how she put in the order the way she did, just randomly pressing stuff while pretending to listen to me. They at least remade it (and again one of the pizzas was wrong which is just whatever at this point) but I had to go back up there again. I’d save yourself the trouble and pick any of the 5 or 6 pizza places within a mile from this one.

If you are going to close early so you can go cry in your safe space because you are not getting paid $40/hour to work at a freaking pizza place, then maybe you should shut off your Uber Eats tablet so drivers can stop getting sent to your restaurant resulting in wasted time for the driver and the customer.

This location is so incredibly hit or miss. Even so, we keep going back most Friday’s. Two Friday’s ago, our 2 liter was forgotten. Granted, my husband didn’t know I ordered it but you would think you would make sure the order is complete before the customer leaves. Last week was perfect. Then this week, we got home & opened the boxes and there were no sauces or sides and no crust topping on the pizza. I ordered 4 jalapeños ranches, a side of jalapeños, they usually give us a pizza sauce, and garlic Roma crust. We just got dry pizza & bread with no sauces. Also, 9/10 times they put Parmesan on the crust even though I’ve NEVER ordered it. I called this week instead of placing the order online like usual to make sure it didn’t happen again this week and instead I got nothing

I tried Marcos for the first time at a family members house and I loved it. So, I tried this location. Marcos is fast and cheap and tastes really good. it’s my favorite pizza place. Cheese is perfect and the bread is amazing! It was a little extra saucey this time but it was still great!

Placed an online order for pickup about twenty minutes before closing. Went to pick it up and the place was completely abandoned, even though the open sign was still on. It looked like someone had left at least an hour ago. Didn’t get my pizza and wasted my money. I’ve never seen a place where workers are allowed to leave whenever they want.

This location has potential but the customer service is completely lacking. The employee answering the phone needs better training and menu knowledge. Also, if your phone line recording tells your customers about a current special, you should honor it. If that special is over, change your recording.

I ordered a pizza around 3:35pm online today. December 6th 2022. Did not get my order until 5pm. There was no wait. There was no one in front of me. Not even staff. Online ordering could still take my money. I finally spoke to the GM after about a 20min wait after my order was supposed to be done. To be told “Staff did not show up for morning shift.” Even though I was order #162 for the day.. I’m disheartened that I left such a nice post here before. When the place is obviously proven to be hit or miss beyond this point. I won’t see myself going back.
