Had me in the store just standing, waiting for someone, anyone to come out front. 5 minutes go by and in walks 2 people that neither greeted me or appeared to know what they were doing. Pizza was not cut. Who eats a whole pizza uncut? Bacon was burnt too. You lost a customer Marco’s. Never again

I tried Marcos for the first time at a family members house and I loved it. So, I tried this location. Marcos is fast and cheap and tastes really good. it’s my favorite pizza place. Cheese is perfect and the bread is amazing! It was a little extra saucey this time but it was still great!

Let’s talk about the Marco’s Pizza on Ann Arbor Saline Road 🙂

Ordered a pizza for DELIVERY on Saturday May 31st at 6:08pm for my son. I live about 5 minutes from this location but was trying to avoid leaving the house. I ordered through the Marco’s website directly, paid for delivery and tipped the driver.
Emails from the website send updates that my pizza is being prepared, etc… but an HOUR passes. No one calls me or emails with an update so I call the store. The first associate who picks up can barely get his words out to explain the situation so he puts me on hold to get the “manager”. He doesn’t even introduce himself as the manager – all he says is Hi. I am like “Hi… is this the manager?”, he replies that he is so I explain the situation. He tells me they don’t have any delivery drivers. Why wouldn’t you call me an hour ago to let me know that instead? I told him that I would just come up there, but I wanted my pizza re-made and I wanted to be refunded/credited for the tip and delivery charge since I am the one that has to pick it up. He tells me he cannot refund my order and I need to call my bank on Monday to dispute the charge. Never has a business told me they can’t assist with a refund or credit due to their mistakes. Whatever…I go pick up the new pizza, manager repeats the same thing he told me about calling to dispute the charges with my bank on Monday.

Now this is where it gets even more fun!! 3 hours later my doorbell rings at my condo complex. There is a man standing outside of my home with TWO pizzas from Marco’s (He is a door dash employee I guess). I tell this man that the pizza’s do not belong to me and that I went earlier to pick them up at the store. I tell him to take the pizzas with him (for himself or back to the store – I don’t care). He walks away and I think he is gone and close my door. I come outside in the morning and the two pizzas are sitting there at my doorstep. I look at the receipt and the name of another customer and totally different address is taped to the box. So another customer ALSO missed out on getting her dinner that she paid for.

Needless to say, we will not be ordering from these fools again. Get your shop in order and if you don’t have the ability to DELIVER let the customer’s know. You are wasting people’s time and money and the customer service is craptastic.

Ordered delivery and food never came. Called them before they closed because the tracker said it was delivered. They said they closed all the tickets to close the register but the food should come, which it never did. When I called the next day, they said to reverse the credit card charge because that’s what they tell people and it’s faster and better than them trying to issue a refund. The guy in the phone said they have one worker working so this happens sometimes. Same thing happened to my friend.

Avoid this place if you are ordering delivery.

The Good:
The service was excellent. Despite what I am sharing below, the people answering the phone were responsive and gave me a free side dish for my troubles.

The Bad:
I placed an order at 7:18pm. It was complete by about 7:40pm. Then, their website’s tracker went dead. I called them, and they told me it was ready for pick-up. However, I had ordered and paid for delivery. So, in response, they got DoorDash on it (a huge problem) and gave me a free side dish for waiting. I did not get my order until after 8:30pm, despite Marco’s website saying it was guaranteed by 7:48pm.
While I appreciate the responsiveness and free side dish, I have a problem with a pizza place delivering through DoorDash without notifying on their website that it was through DoorDash. It came late and cold. Had I known it wasn’t them delivering it, I would not have ordered delivery.

The Ugly:
To put it bluntly, the pizza came raw. I ordered from here after hearing some great reviews, but 2/3 of the crust was just raw dough. I don’t even know what to say to that. The cheesy bread that they gave me for free came good, but the pizza did not.

Overall, a disappointing experience. Felt like a waste of $20.

Wow! My pizza was Perfect! I have not had a Perfect Pizza in years!
I have been very discouraged with every pizza place i have tried. The quality of ingredients and the baking of the pizza was always subpar.

Today my Marco’s Pizza was baked perfectly!
The crust was brown on the bottom and perfectly chewy on top. (The ingredients are always top notch.)
There was a perfect amount of ingredients. I felt like I got my monies worth.
I had to call and Thank them for my Wonderful Pizza and tell them not to change a thing!
I do not remember the last time I gave a positive review. Years.

This location is so incredibly hit or miss. Even so, we keep going back most Friday’s. Two Friday’s ago, our 2 liter was forgotten. Granted, my husband didn’t know I ordered it but you would think you would make sure the order is complete before the customer leaves. Last week was perfect. Then this week, we got home & opened the boxes and there were no sauces or sides and no crust topping on the pizza. I ordered 4 jalapeños ranches, a side of jalapeños, they usually give us a pizza sauce, and garlic Roma crust. We just got dry pizza & bread with no sauces. Also, 9/10 times they put Parmesan on the crust even though I’ve NEVER ordered it. I called this week instead of placing the order online like usual to make sure it didn’t happen again this week and instead I got nothing

Updating one year later to say that I continue to get Parmesan on the crust every single time even though I’ve still never ordered it. I hate Parmesan

Great pizza. However one of the pizza makers came and rung me out and returned to pizza making without washing their hands. Another pizza maker was outside when I arrived and went right in to making pizzas. A little hand washing goes a long way.
