I ordered $30+ of food for delivery here as I’ve been going to Marco’s for a long time. I received a pizza with mushrooms all over it which was not ordered. The pizza was dripping grease through the box and the cheesy bread was undercooked. I also paid extra for side sauces that I did not receive. I called multiple times and asked for a manager for a refund and they just continuously put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally got ahold of a manager and he told me he would credit me “$20” but I have yet to receive anything. Truly a disappointing experience and will not be coming back.

I have to take a star away. Past 3 orders have sauces missing, and my salad came with Greek vinegarette instead of my Italian. My cheesy bread also has no pizza sauce or garlic cup I ordered. Pizza lasts 2 times, okay. Tonight is pretty good. I feel like after I gave the 5 stars, they kinda slacked on me? Lol, I still will give them more chances and will update

YUMMMMM!!! From submitting order to table, 28 min! I don’t understand as to why this Marcos has a low star rating?!? We have had their pizzas and delivery so many times I have lost count. I have never had anything taste bad or any of my orders wrong. It is one of the best pizza places, in my opinion!
Perhaps many do not review unless they have had a bad experience, and there have been many good experiences for this business but not a review left? Give it a whirl! It’s really tasty, and they always have such great prices on their pizza.

Seriously, tho it was very good. I didn’t realize that we had a Marco’s close to us that delivered, so after getting burned out on a few other places, this is a welcoming change. It’s truly different and truly tasty. Okay, enough on the taste, the prices are great as well. Prices are rising everywhere, and it’s nice to be able to feed the family without spending an outrageous price.
Delivery is pretty quick as well since we ordered on a Sat. Highly recommended this location for great pizza!

Very rude staff. Does not even acknowledge your presence for quite some time after you’ve arrived to pickup your food. Gives you a salad and “forgets” to give you dressing. Ordered double cheese in salad. Paid for it. Didnt get it. Customer satisfaction has NEVER been a priority at this location. Looking at these reviews, I’m stunned that they apparently just flat-out don’t care…. They’ve screwed up an order in the past and offered me a credit to give them another try. Never used it. On a whim, just figured we’d order from there again tonight. Same result.

There’s always a problem. The last straw was when I ordered and an hour and a half later the pizza finally came, cold. I called twice to see where my order was at because I had received a confirmation email that it was already delivered (a common mistake here) and the guy was very rude on the phone to me, both times. The only reason I’m not giving them 1 star is because this is the only place that gives me a free pizza coupon after eating here. But it won’t happen again, I’ve tried many times to give second chances. The driver was polite I felt bad I knew it wasn’t his fault. The guy at the store answering the phone needs to learn customer service. Thank you to the manager for giving us a well deserved refund.

I preordered 7 pizzas last Saturday evening. When it was close to time to pickup, I called to confirm (as the dude who was getting them was on his way)… they had no idea what I was talking about. I don’t know if the system didn’t tell them or what. She found them as soon as I mentioned it, but.. I didn’t get what I ordered, I was charged a different price than the previous day’s preorder and no one when apologized. I was going to stop in and ask for a manager but.. I do not have time. I have screenshots (and email confirmations) of what I ordered and the receipt I got it no where what it was supposed to be.

2. Wrong toppings on our large pizza.
3. Sauce looked and tasted burnt.
4. Pizza crust stale and hard as a rock.

I accidentally entered my cell # incorrectly which caused the delivery driver to return with my order back to the restaurant. When I I called to get a delivery update I was notified of the issue and they reheated my order and re-delivered it hot and fresh. You just can’t beat customer service like that. Thank you!

They keep trying to use doordash for delivery and saying they have only one driver waited over an hour for my pizza to turn around and have to get a refund because my pizza is still sitting there trying to use doordash when if I wanted to dash I would use the doordash app this place needs a change of management
