Upon arrival to pick up my small old sausage style pizza, I said, “Oh I wish you would’ve put the sausage all the way up to the crust.”
A young girl who I did not know was the general manager at the time, said that she would I’ll take care of it, and I told her that it wasn’t necessary, but quickly changed my mind and I said “Actually if you could, I would appreciate it, just give me a little and I’ll microwave it on the pizza when I get home.”
She replied if I wasn’t in a hurry, they do it there, and I agreed.
She turned to the crew and asked them to put some sausage and heat it up in the oven .
I then chit chatted with her to learn that she started with the company at 14 years of age and is now the general manager !
When the pizza was brought to me, she asked if it was OK, and instead of giving me a little it was doubled!
I thanked her profusely and told her that I don’t usually tip on take out orders, but because of the awesome treatment I wanted would be tipping because everyone was great!
I wish I remembered her name, but she she’s awesome and the whole crew, as well!

We tried the Stow location tonight instead of our closest location because of the disappointment at that store, hoping all the food would be there and cooked correctly. I even expressed this concern when I picked it up. I did make sure the sauce cups and crust had it’s flavoring added. But I didn’t check the bottom pizza, which is my bad but when we got home it was wrong… I ordered an All Meat with old world pepperoni Added on. It only had old world pepperoni on it when we opened it at home. I got a $15 credit instead of replacing the pizza at the time. The sauce cups weren’t the right ones. It was no better and I won’t waste my time or money again on any Marco’s again. Disappointed

Diana was literally so amazing on the phone. She was enthusiastic and had a great energy to her! I asked about their deals and she got straight to the point! She was definitely the best encounter with an over the phone order I’ve ever had! Good for you Marcos Pizza to have an employee as great as her working for you!!!!

This pizza store has a serious issue with how they treat people. All the workers I encountered were acting in a racist and disrespectful way — especially an older woman whose name I don’t know. They act like they’re doing the right thing, but their behavior says otherwise. It was an upsetting experience, and I won’t be coming

I was surprised yesterday at how good their pizza was! Absolutely delicious!! And for $10!! Best pizza for the dollar hands down!! Plus, I’m a fan of old world pepperoni and this is one of the very few pizzerias that offer it. Highly recommend!!

Had a last minute taste for a basic cheese pizza, and Marco’s did not disappoint. Very flavorful, lotsa cheese, and browned just right. The staff are very friendly as well. It was a pretty busy night, but still only had abkut a 10 minute wait. Great neighborhood pizzeria!
