No matter what business you go on the north end you will be disappointed to some extent. And its really sad. Business do not take pride in customer service out here as they do in different parts of toledo. Don’t offer delivery if you can’t provide that delivery at the promised time. Then have people’s pizza sitting for almost and HOUR. Is it even fresh at that point? I have to leave the north to get proper customer service. Pathetic. One pizza isn’t cut all the way through so I have to re cut a pizza i paid to be cut.

Overall it’s great I’ll never stop going here, but sometimes the pizza isn’t cut all the way. I feel as if I’m at battle, fully armored, sword in hand, living or dying. Which isn’t a horrible thing, but sometimes it feels a little annoying.

They gave me cold hard dried pizza then they came back to replace my food and then told me they couldn’t give me the new food because pieces was missing out the box that I didn’t even know my kids ate and as a manager, there’s no way in the world for seven years. I’ve been a manager I would’ve did nobody like that. They are terrible at customer service and they do not put their customer service and they do not value the customers.

I don’t order frequently from this location and when I do order I realize why I don’t. Had an email saying order was delivered. It was not. Called to let them know and they said they would remake it and send it out. Finally got here after 2ish hours. Cold as ice. Just don’t bother.

I walked in . A young lady is on her phone behind the counter . I asked another employee was I being recorded because she had the phone pointed at me . She said no shes just on her phone . Then the young lady that was on her phone got rude & said why am I worried about her & her phone . First of cross contamination. You guys are already making pizzas with bare hands & with all these infections , viruses & covid going around . Its not safe to be handling your phone with food . Then on top of that I thought I was being record . I know people would say just cook at home . Im tired & sick . The food is not even for me its for my babies . I will not be returning I will drive to another one before it be this location . Then my pizza has so much pizza sauce on it . Its enough to make 3 more pizza . Very disappointment . !
