Never once have I gotten the right order here. It’s always messed up. My bagel was 100% not toasted or even warmed up. The people in there don’t care about their job at all. I’ve ordered there probably 6 or 7 times but it’s never been done right.

Food is great but 4 times out of 10 when I go there I have to wait 5+ minutes in an empty lobby and an empty drive thru. Not ideal when you’re on your way to work. Gonna go to their competitor across the street.

First staff snark “what are you here for” umm the mobile order I’ve been watching get cold on the counter. Gave me a plain sandwich and when I complained that I asked for an ultimate bacon sandwich, I WATCHWD HER ADD TO IT then hand it to the shift leader and say that I’m complaining it was wrong but she can’t figure out why!!!

Fantastic convenient place. I charged my EV with their charger. It worked very well. Their apple sip is great. Only one young fellow was working there on a Wednesday night. He was serving both the dinning room and the drive-thru. He was literally sprinting between the window and the counter providing great service with a smile. He deserves double pay.

The morning crew on state st in Brewer are fantastic. Talk about great service. They know there customers by name and remember ur orders. Ur not just a customer, they make u feel special. Management is professional and hands on with there team. Ashley,Talline (tallie) and Liz are wonderful.

My donut was upside down in the bag making it very messy. Took about 10 minutes to order my food and 10 minutes just to get donut. My drink doesn’t even taste good. The service was horrible. The girl was so rude taking our order. I looked back and they weren’t even wearing gloves while making food. Disappointed ☹️

Was told this latte was filled to Dunkin “standards” pretty sure when I’m paying $5+ for a drink it should be … idk filled? I’ve worked at Dunkin’s personally and would have NEVER sent a drink out like this. Tried saying something about it – the girl at the window didn’t care and seemed to be argumentative when I brought it up so not worth my time trying to argue the point with her.

I stop at Dunkin almost every morning! This morning ordered a drink, hashbrowns, and snack in bacon. I literally got 3 pieces!!!!!!!!!! That was insane! Didn’t have time to turn around!

I ordered a drink with my points, and I tried to use 700 points for a latte. The kid couldn’t figure out how to do it, so he got his manager. She said the app can be finicky and order something else to go with it. I ordered some doughnut holes and waited for my latte. About 10 minutes later, the kid asked if I was picking up a door dash. I said no, I am still waiting for my latte. He said oh. You decided not to order it so you don’t have one. SERIOUSLY, SMH. I just walked out and went to Aroma Joe’s and got good service and a great latte.
