Often order lunch here for work. Online order system works well, and pickup is usually seamless with the occasional wait for our order to be ready. Its often not too busy for the early lunch hour, and I don’t have trouble parking in the back lot. The order is usually accurate, and its become a fairly reliable choice for work lunches.

I ordered my food online and signed up for notifications to my email. I received an email that the pizza had started and was expected today. Website said it would take 20 to 25 minutes to prepare. I waited 30 minutes and never received an email that it was completed. I don’t understand. Email notifications are supposed to let you know when to pick up the order. Finally, I left to go pick up the food and it had been sitting there For quite some time and was not fresh. They asked the lady who took my money if I was supposed to receive a notification or was I just supposed to show up in 20 -25minutes and she said that most people just show up after 20 to 25 minutes and I asked her what’s the point of receiving notifications if they don’t tell you when it’s done and she said she doesn’t know how the new system works and told me that it’s still hot and I said it’s been sitting there for at least 20 minutes then right And she insisted it was still hot, but it was not
The cinnasquares definitely don’t look like the picture. They are bland and flavorless. Where is Marco‘s experience of any Marcos I’ve ever been to and one of the worst pizza experiences I’ve ever had in my life.

If I could rate lower then I would. Placed an order that was said in the app to take approximately 25 minutes to make, I show up and get told to wait another 40 minutes for an order placed nearly half an hour prior. I generally try to give benefit of the doubt but when I walk in and see the crew very disorganized and all over the place, my benefit goes out the window. I understand that the pressure is real and things happen but it’s very easy to pull it together and push out product in any business. Get the slow cashier out and put the experienced personnel on.
Also paid nearly 50 dollars, so when I get a given time for a complete order I expect it to be done.

Marco’s pizza is , IMHO the best chain pizza out there!!! The subs are good, but could be improved. When I’m in the mood for a sub I’ll get one from their competitors. This location the counter staff hardly acknowledged my presence. I just stood there to the point where I started to feel awkward. And no, theu weren’t busy. Overall I’ll still go back.

Called to get a delivery they wouldn’t deliver becasuw my house was york township and not Clyde, even though my house is 5 minutes away from their location. Very weird they argued with me about it. The kid I spoke to was very rude and said I can’t talk to her as in me. Sounds like they just dont wanna deliver 5 mintues away even though they have before to this location. Customer service sucked, never going to Marcos no matter what location it is. Hope your staff learns better customer service skills.

I’ve order from this Marcos over 20 years. I’ve never had bad food from the Clyde location. Today we order a small pepperoni pizza jam and cheese and a chicken club. The food was suppose to be done by 11:30am. I didn’t get the order till 11:45, subs had no toppings and burnt. Pizza was paper thin and tasted gross.
