Waited for three hours, ordered fries and they were soggy and cold. Understand that they’re super busy being newly opened but for the prices, I’d rather appreciate that the food hasn’t been sitting for hours which is what it tasted like. They messed up our order and didn’t give me the two orders of popcorn shrimp yet I was charged for it but instead gave me 3 orders of fries instead of the 2, that ordered. Ordered 12 ghost pepper chicken wings and was charged for it but only received 6 and then 6 chicken fingers or whatever they were. Can’t call in because the line is not in order and am not waiting another 3 hours in line!

I lurve popeyes chicken. Kinda just stoked to have some good fried chicken around. That noted tho every time I’ve went they never give honey sauce even when I remind them, so either they are all still untrained or purposefully withholding honey sauce which is weird. The staffing and systems have seemed inefficient or malfunctioning at times, so if they work those kinks out sooner the better. And please put Honey with the biscuits from now on.

Awful. It’s not worth the wait. Me and my wife went here twice since the grand opening and we had to wait each time for 2 hours for fast food. You’d think they’d give out a discount for the next visit or something. Constantly running out of food, so you’d go up after waiting in line for an hour and they’d say “oh the only sides you can get is fries. We don’t have any other sides right now.” Also, one of the times we went was around 9pm They close at 10pm. We didn’t get our food until 11 with a “sorry for the wait.” Like, what? Waiting 2 hours to get fast food AND SPENDING OVER $35 FOR 2 MEALS? Insane. Not worth it.

Low quality, high price … Online Popeyes says at this location it costs $11 for the chicken sandwich combo meal. They charged $15…. the quality of the food was poor while the portions were very small.
