Good solid 4… food is good… service was great… since it took awhile (busy Friday night) the front staff was giving out complimentary 20oz soda or waters… just nice if them to care… most patrons didn’t take anything but the offer was what made it cool.

Where do I even start!!! The food is okay but the management needs to do something about the employee that has an attitude problem screaming and yelling on the phone in the kitchen and back area banging on walls yelling just totally unprofessional to the point of an elderly lady calling the police. Surprised she still has a job here to be honest. I guess the general managers just keep anyone around. If it were me I’d be letting go of the people ruining this business. Such a shame to deal with on your lunch break! Went here late evening in the past and it’s a totally different atmosphere.

I have ordered from this location before and had no problems (I’ve actually had some lovely delivery drivers). That’s the only reason they are getting more than 1 star. However, my pizza was 20 minutes late when it was marked delivered with no pizza in sight. So I called the store (because they had made ZERO attempt to contact me) and was told cops had blocked the way to my building and I’d have to go get the pizza myself. Ok fine. When I left there was not a single cop in sight…odd right? When I got to the store, they told me the driver couldn’t find my apartment. So not cops, lost driver. Again they had not tried to call me which I find to be the bar minimum. Mind you I have had drivers from this location call me for clarification before so why was that an issue tonight, I’m not sure. I was offered no apology for the inconvenience, denied a refund of my delivery fee and tip, and given an attitude by the presumed shift lead.

A simple apology or phone call goes a long way especially in customer service. Lying and being rude is unacceptable and I will not be returning despite the previous good experiences because this just put an awful taste in my mouth.

Called in to order cheesestick, absolutely no cheese on the sticks. Just plain white bread baked in the oven, the woman on the phone yawning sound like she doesn’t want to be there. Don’t want to work then please don’t ruined business reputation.

I really have to say how impressed I am with the service I received from Marcos pizza today! They have a new manager, Molly, who took time with placing my order and made some suggestions to help me put together a last minute family meal! The food was fabulous! It was hot and all the toppings tasted super fresh! The restaurant was extremely clean and the staff were all friendly! They have their own delivery drivers also and one helped me by opening the door and even helped me get my large order in the car! Awesome service and I will return again!!

Got some plain wings and a salad which was absolutely disgusting. Not to mention I had to supply my own fork. Lettuce had brown spots all over, and tomatoes tasted like they were frozen then thawed! Asked for well done wings and they were burnt! Ruined my whole appetite. Yuck! Never again!

The pizza at Marco’s is consistently high quality, and the ingredients seem fresher than many of the other pizza places around. They do a great job and are generous with the ingredients. We just ordered a old world pepperoni pizza and a Works pizza and both were delicious and they were delivered in a fast and efficient manner, we had the pizza in about 30 minutes from the time we ordered it and the store is about 10 minutes away from our location.

Wow the commercial really had me fooled, I love pizza and where I’m from (close to Chicago) we love pizza thick, so I ordered the thick pep and a thin cheese for my daughter, then drove to get it because we aren’t in delivery area (3.5 mi away), get home and opened it up and was incredibly disappointed. Both pizzas are EXTREMELY greasy and were already pretty cold, the thick crust was so greasy that most of it tore away trying to get a piece.
We ended up ordering pizza from our Hilliard go to, if you wanna order great pizza call grandad’s pizza.
