We recently ate at The Dock and I wish I’d gone sooner! Every single thing we had was delicious and our server was great! She was knowledgeable about the menu and was very attentive. Everyone who came to our table was so nice. Wine and cocktails were delicious as well. Literally everything we ate was delicious but I will have a hard time not ordering the shrimp and grits and the pork belly appetizer every time I go back.

Stopped here on our honeymoon roadtrip and it was some of the best food we have had this whole trip! The chicken tacos, crawfish bisque and shrimp & grits were fantastic. Service was great, we loved our waitress so much! We stayed out on their patio which was still pretty cool on a hot day with their ceiling fans.

Delightful dinner experience!
Truly a hidden gem.
Chloe, our server, was knowledgeable and made the difference from an awesome meal and a fantastic one. She was over the top and we can’t thank her enough.
I had the braised short rib, my wife opted for the colossal shrimp and grits. Both were delicious.
We’re here for a couple more weeks and I’m certain we’ll be back!
Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!!!

Food was bland. Crab cake was good though and I’m a Maryland crab cake coniseur. Too pricey overall. The pasta dish we got was not favorable. Bland and boring. Prices are high, but not Fig steakhouse high so the restaurant should last for this lakeside community. Service was great. Drinks were small and too expensive. $20 for a top shelf, short glass margarita on the rocks with about 6 sips is not ok. Atmosphere was very nice. I would like to see live music.

The Dock never disappoints! The same amazing crew welcomed us like family, remembering us even after months away.
The blackened fish tacos were absolutely fabulous, and the friendly atmosphere makes every visit special. Can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!

The Dock is a good restaurant, and with some work it could be a great restaurant.
Firstly, I cannot express in words how great the food is here. Top tier, delicious food from a creative menu that plays on Texas and local cuisines. We got the chicken fried steak and the short rib chimichanga. Both are not just delicious, but the kind of food you’ll constantly compare to. You’ll urn for it, kind of food.
That said there are two problems with the atmosphere that take away from the whole experience. The AC, and the noise.
We had a party of 12 and were seated near the host. It was hot, uncomfortable enough you notice and it distracts from the experience.
The way noise travels in the building will have you wondering if you should bring noise cancelling headphones. It looks like they tried to do something about it, but it does not help.
Service was okay best, not anything remarkable.
These issues subtracted from the overall experience and made you more question is it even worth the costly price tag. Three Dock isn’t cheap, but justifiable if that could fix the issues I mentioned.

This was our first time eating here, and we had an amazing dinner tonight. It was still kinda early, so it wasn’t very busy. We had the Mardi Gras Shrimp for an appetizer and a cup of Lobster Bisque, and they were excellent and flavorful. My wife got the Short Rib Chimichanga, and it was delicious, I had the Voodoo Pasta, and it was really good. Our waitress talked us into getting a dessert, so we decided on the Crème brûlée and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Our waitress Kaylee was very nice and attentive. We will definitely be coming back more often.

We had the sea bass flank steak with chimichurri sauce. Food and service was excellent. However, it was a busy night and the place was so noisy it was uncomfortable. According to an app on the phone, the noise was 90 decibels at our table. We will be back, but not until they fix the sound during busy times or we will go during off hours. UPDATE: We returned to the Dock on a Saturday earlier in the evening and the weather was perfect for our meal on the covered patio. Food and service was excellent and sitting on the patio solved the noise problem. Worth the visit.

We tried to make a reservation, but didn’t have any luck. When we got there, they were not busy, but we were told since we didn’t have a reservation. Our only option was to sit at the bar which was fine except for the gal who told us that was extremely rude. Emily and the other bartenders were awesome. They got us drinks and great food and great conversation. The food was delicious and prepared. Excellent. The voodoo pasta is extremely spicy and so spicy. I couldn’t eat it. Would definitely recommend for a nice dinner, but make a reservation in advance.

Yum yum yum!! This was the first time my wife and I have eaten here.
I got the panco crusted rainbow trout, and it was perfectly cooked and delicious.
My wife got a giant salad. Lol…
Both our meals and drinks were delicious.
I can hardly wait to go back and enjoy another meal off their menu.
The staff was all very kind and welcoming.
