I can’t really say anything bad about this store they haven’t done anything wrong but it’s the style of the pizza lately I visited a Jet’s Pizza from Charlotte North Carolina that place is so crazy good and I just recently discovered that they are growing in Nashville area so it looks like I might be leaving over the state line to go get me some of that Detroit style pizza that is the best pizza you will ever put in your mouth yeah yeah it’s a little bit of a drive but that food is ridiculously good I wish they would build one here in the north Alabama area I wouldn’t even care if it was Cullman Alabama Madison Huntsville something it would be worth going to again I received my pizza tonight fresh hot and it was good to eat I used to love eating here but ever since eating Jet’s Pizza I can’t eat anywhere else it’s just not possible just saying

Unfortunately today my experience was not the best I ordered cinnamon squares from marcos here in decatur they arrived nice and hot and looked delicious however when I applied the icing for the cinnamon squares that’s when everything went bad It taste like melted plastic I called the store and a lady answered the phone I told her about the icing tasting like plastic she proceeded to tell me that the icing just taste like that and that’s why she doesn’t eat the icing needless to say that was the end of our conversation she never asked if I would like something else she never even offered a refund for the item my next question is if the company knows their icing taste like this why haven’t they tried to switch brands or notify the company they are receiving their icing from.

Love Marco’s… in Huntsville, Madison, Hartselle and at one time Decatur. I live in Decatur and puppy/house sit when needed in the Huntsville, Madison, Hartselle & Decatur area. I have ordered from Marco’s in every city where I’ve been sitting. I was sitting for a friend, who lives less than 1 mile from my house, and ordered from this, Decatur store, with no problems. When I returned home which is 1 block away from the Albany district, I called in a delivery only to hear that Marco’s WILL NOT deliver to my house!!! WHAT! You’ve got to be joking!!! I live less than a mile where you DID deliver and a block away from the historical district where you also deliver. I’ve seen Marco’s cars in the neighborhood so what’s the problem? I live & own my house so it’s not like I live in a shack and I have great neighbors. As a former waitress, assistant manager in the food service industry I tip really well.

Had to circle around the drive threw 3 times, along with sit in a parking lot 3 times and in the drive three twice bc they couldn’t get my order or my card processed. Then my food wasn’t made correct (they left the icing off the cinnamon bites and left out the ranch) but the food was alright lol

The gentleman that delivered my pizza over off Somerville tonight had the best attitude! He was great! The food was great. Didn’t disappoint at all. I won’t order delivery from any other pizza places!
