We drive all the way from Polk county just to eat at the hunters creek location… DOM is always going above and beyond measures to make the guest happy… very well professional and customer service is top tier. Shout out to the other cook in the back food was made hot and fresh… I absolutely recommend this location in HUNTERS CREEK FL

Now this is chain pizza done right. This pizza was fantastic. Best pizza I have had since leaving Ohio 3 months ago.I ordered the Ultimate Magnifico. It had 2 kinds of pepperoni and 2 kinds of sausage and was loaded with it. So much it was falling off the slice when I held it. Lots and lots of cheese. Plenty of sauce and the crust was outstanding. Just dont mind the lightning on the picture of the pizza. I took it at night in my car and it doesn’t do it justice.

Came in after placing an order for carry out, and noticed a dasher having issues with an order, overheard of an order placed over an hour ago that was never made. None of my business but it’s still a red flag I noticed coming in.. I went under the assumption that this location has new staff and have made a mistake as is to be expected. Onto my food… I was not impressed by the slightest bit. I did not know that the pizza bowl does not come with a crust underneath, so all I had in my pizza bowl was cheese, sauce and toppings… not to mention the bowl looked like nothing as advertised, it was extremely thin, completely flat. The cheesy bread didn’t look bad but it tasted a bit too done. That left us with the bbq chicken wings. It was… ok. Not crispy, a bit mushy, but better than the other 2 items I ordered, although I requested garlic butter in my order but received ranch sauce instead. However, I ordered a single pizza from this location last week and was fairly satisfied when it comes to pizza at a fair price. Unfortunately after tonight I give it a 3 star rating… I just hope that the lack of quality and service is due to new staff that are still learning.
Update: With last week’s decent experience and the GM reaching out directly tonight to make up for it with a full credit, I have to bump it up to a 4 star review. The effort to gain a customer’s trust and make the customer happy says a lot, and for that I thank you. Not a lost customer here.

OMG! That was unexpected! My best friend and I decided to try out a new pizza place (it’s our thing to try different restaurants and review them), so we chose Marco’s Pizza. I’m a vegetarian, so I ordered a veggie pizza. It was AMAZING! The dough was very fresh. I couldn’t stop eating even after being super full. My friend and her daughter were beyond impressed as well. So when I came home, later that night I reheated and devoured this deliciousness. And guess what? Next day I told my friend, “That pizza was so good, I’m mind-blown!” She said, “I know, right?” And then I said, “Hey, do you wanna go there again?” It was sorta a joke but not really. She was totally on board, so we chose a different location (First one was by 192 and second in Hunter’s Creek) and stuffed our faces with the same pizzas. And guess what? Later that day I came home and finished it off, again. That never happened. So now I say, “there’s good pizza and then there’s Marco’s Pizza.”

Have tried to call in an order on numerous occasions. Always put on hold and no one ever picks up after that. Manager gave us a credit. Just called again to order a pizza and was left on hold all over again. Food is good can’t seem to get a pizza, service is horrible!!!

Not I’m impressed. Not awful but not great. The staff was 5 star all the way I will give them that. They were awsome. The cheese bread is good I enjoyed that. The pizza. Not impressed. They use a very oily cheese and the dough just can’t support it. I ordered susage and got got huge lumps of meat on my pizza. Pizza should have either thinly sliced or crumbled susage. Over all very greasy. I don’t think I’ll order from there again.
