The pizza was good but the staff was very unfriendly. On top of that, you need a key to use the bathroom and the staff ignored me when I asked them if I can use it so I had to keep insisting. Also, it’s not really a dine in Marco’s like others I’ve gone to.

The manager here was rude, petty and ill-equipped to manage a store. She hung up on my husband when we called to inform her about the food, which was inedible and poorly made. So, we drove over there; she looked at the food and said, “I’ll take care of it, you can keep the soda.” Unbeknownst to us, she went to throw away our food (her version of taking care of it). Then as we stood there, thinking she was “taking care of it,” another employee approached us and that was when we found out she was not refunding, nor did she have my food to return to me. She kept telling us to call the GM but wouldn’t give us the number. So, we called the police, even when she spoke to them, she refused to give the officer the GM’s number. So, the officer took it upon himself to walk out to his car and search for the owner’s number. RIDICULOUS! Never again will I order here. The cooks weren’t even using the correct equipment (which could explain why my whole pie was puffy), nor were they dressed appropriately. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Marcos is usually my go to for quick pizza fix, but this location really fell short. I ordered 2 large pizzas a Hawaiian and Deluxe along with a 2 liter Dr.Pepper. I arrived 5-10 minutes after the estimated time for my order was supposed to be ready. It took about 10-15 more minutes until my order was finished. Halfway home I realized I did not receive my 2 Liter soda, I was annoyed and turned around to get it. The cashier didn’t even say sorry or anything for forgetting to give it to me. I headed home. When I got home and opened the boxes, the Hawaiian pizza was missing I received a bacon and cheese pizza instead. I was really frustrated with this experience.

My girl ordered us pizza for when I got home from work and this is what we got. It’s wild that something like this makes it through quality control. Pretty lame that she had to spent her hard earned money to surprise me and this is what pops up at the door.

They were doing great when they first opened. I ordered a pepperoni magnifico with sausage (like I have before) and my pizza did not have pepperoni at all. The guy who answered the phone kept arguing that he saw the cook make the pizza and that there was pepperoni I sent him this picture and he said the pepperoni is there…. Where?! He said to hold for the general manager and then He came back on the line and refused to send the driver with the correct pizza so I will not be ordering again.

On 2/26/2024 I came into this location to pick up an order at 7:27pm it’s now 8:28pm and I haven’t been acknowledged yet! There are many other people in here waiting on there order as well she was asked was the hold up and her excuse was today is there light day and they got hit with orders “ if today was a light day then why are you so behind “ take one of the 3 girls off the table and get help now at 8:31pm instead of preparing food she is answering the phone this is ridiculous! Poor customer service
