There’s no possible way to give a zero if not you’d have it. I understand it’s not fine dining but if you’re paying what you’d pay at a sit down restaurant you would think you’d at least get your moneys worth. I had to dig through what felt like a pound of shredded cheese and guac just to get to 5 pieces of steak, which is supposed to be “double protein” btw. You can fill the bowl with cheese and a heaping ladle of sour cream but not the protein? While it’s not the only location that does this it is probably the worst I’ve experienced and truthfully after multiple times of giving the benefit of the doubt it gets worse every time we get food from there.

I ordered chipotle this evening. Upon returning home, noticed there was a bowl that was not with my order placed in the bag and one of my bowls were missing. When I got back to the restaurant to explain, the cashier did not greet me and instead she just stared at me. The manager I believe, was near by and I explained what happened. Him and the women working the drive through window were nice, fixed the mistake and gave me free guac. I got back home, started to eat my bowl and found a hair in my bowl.

I would rate this location a 0 if I could. You’re probably thinking that I ate a portion of my bowl before posting this review, but I didn’t. I simply removed the toppings to show how small of a portion of protein I received. When I asked for a bit more protein, I was asked very rudely if I wanted a double. I have frequented multiple Chipotles in many states and have never seen a portion this small for protein. With the price increase, they should really be ashamed of themselves. I will not return to this Chipotle. Will plan to drive to Garner or another surrounding location. Staff needs new training. I’m not sure if corporate is aware of the issues with this store, but they should be. I should have listened to the other reviews and steered clear of this location.

The best part about my visit to this Chipotle were the staff. The worst part was the food or lack thereof. Although I only wanted rice, cheese and chicken, I think a little more protein would have been appropriate. I think I will start back going to the Smithfield location.

I visited next door to get an oil change, when I saw Chipotle next door I was excited. I figured what a better place to make the time go by faster? Upon entering I notice how filthy the store is. The floors, tables, drink station, the foodservice area… all of it dirty! Then I get to the counter to order, out of every Chipotle I’ve been to, this location is by far the worst on portions. I’m glad I wasn’t super hungry or I would have needed to go somewhere else to get food. No one was “friendly”, they were not rude just not welcoming, no smiles, just blah like they didn’t want to be there. Heck even I stopped smiling after the third blank stare. I’m a former fast food manager and I’ve never seen an opening this sloppy before. The register area had food spread all over front where your food is being set down, you know they saw it, but just sliding the bags for the customer all through the food. Just gross. Please do better.

Usually we’ve never had a problem with this location! Tonight we got our usual meal from DoorDash and the employees never added my quesadilla to my to go box…. But gave me the sour cream for it. The bag was sealed from DoorDash and there was no grease in the container so I know it wasn’t the door dasher. The employees totally forgot to add my meal! I really liked this location too…..

Today I ordered a burrito bowl. (Chicken, veggies, white rice, black beans, corn , pico, sour cream and cheese) when I tell you whoever cooked the food today took their job seriously… believe me. The food was perfectly seasoned and so fresh. I ordered my food on the app and picked up in the drive up lane. My order was correct, no technical issues… and the guy working the window was very polite. Please keep up the good work!

There was a mix up with my order and I ended up having to come back. The staff was friendly and fixed it right away. But When I got home, I opened my meal, and I just feel like for 12$ a bowl, I should be getting more lettuce than this. I’ve been to different locations and I’ve never been given this small of an amount of lettuce.

Generally good food. This visit to the new Clayton, NC location was a big disappointment when they charged an extra $2.75 for a spoon full of queso blanco that they put on the steak bowl and they called it a side when in fact it was not a side.

I never complain especially about something as small as a meal but enough is enough. We ordered a bowl to go and when I got home to eat it there was very little protein on it. Its a bad feeling when you feel like your getting ripped off. Very disappointed.
