After having issues with calling the Alafaya location picking up the phone with no greeting for over 5 mins both calls and hearing the coworkers talking to one another I got fed up with them and called this location 419. The store manager was very understanding and assured me he would take my order no problem they even had my order to me in under 30 mins now that’s customer service. Thank you Marcos 419 for doing your job properly never have had an issue at this location always great food and delivered in a timely manner.

I never. leave reviews. but There is something about this Marcos Pizza since they opened. that they are VERY VERY GOOD everything is fresh and they are really fast. The manager. in shift today a very sweet girl on the night of 11-13 she was the only one there and took care of me FAST. I would recommend trying this out.

Normally very good, but today very disappointed. The pizza was overcooked, the cheese was chewy and thick, and the garlic sauce was bitter. Please double-check your ingredients. We will try again if the owner response is appropriate. Update, the manager called and provided good customer support. We will return. Thanks!

Let me start with saying that i love marcos and frequently order for lunch. Tonight i was a real problem though. I ordered a special that included $84 worth of specialty and regular pizzas and 2 desserts. To pick up on my home for the family. I chose to pay cash in store at pick up as i have done most times. The girl at the counter repeated my order and i hand her $100 bill. She tells me that she can’t the $100 bill. I explain to her that its all that i have on my other than a few singles and that i would be fine if she wants to sell me a gift card for the blance if its a matter of giving change.
She tells me ot doesn’t matter she cant take $100. I ask, mam so if i buy $100 worth of food you cant take $100 bill?
She say no i cant. Okay…. so I explain that if i leave they are going to be stuck with $84 worth of pre-coupon and reward discount pizzas would she like to ask a manager before i leave? She informs me that she is a manager… so okay and i left and went to publix to pick up dinner. There is no sign nor anything on the order page that says i cant pay with $100 bill and the fact that i was willing to buy a gift card to avoid change and she still refused me is absolutely ridiculous. Even though i live across the street from this marcos location i seriously doubt that i will be ordered anything from them again. There areno less than 5 pizza places both franchise and mom/pop within 3 miles of me that im sure will be very happy to have my business now.

First time at this location. Not the best experience, the wings are super gummy. The employee charged me a $1 for an extra ranch sauce ….online it’s .59 cent….why? Not the best customer service. I religiously purchased wings from my local Marco’s location on Alafaya (Every Friday) but sadly that location is now closed and this is my nearest Marcos…..
