I love mios and tonight I am disappointed. For my fiancé birthday I wanted to surprise him with his favorite pizza, and what arrived was not even close. The pizza was a mess, it looks nothing like the pizza we usually pickup. It was stacked to the box, sauce everywhere, I didn’t even know how to begin to eat it. I recommend that associates should take care of door-dash orders the same as they do in person orders. DoorDash was only able to refund me half the $$ I spent. I paid 64$ and walked away with 35$ and inedible food. Definitely won’t be coming here again for a while.

Recently ordered takeout from Mios on Clough and without saying anything about our previous experiences with poor food quality, everything in this restaurant is ran at a 18 year old high schoolers level of standards (shocker – there is never an adult on staff when we are there). First, our pizza looked like one of their cooks threw the pepperonis on the pizza from the other side of the restaurant, like it was some game they were trying to win to be able to clock out early. Outside of the INSANE amount of cheese put on their pizzas, which could literally kill a lactose intolerant, they seem to take very little effort into their food. My mom ordered a mushroom Hogie that looked like fine but flavor lacked and included the wrong sauce vs. the one she requested. Mio’s was one of my local favorites but now Dewey’s is our go to. Check out St. Francis APizza as well!

Another restaurant in our neighborhood that we finally got around to trying out.

The “badish”:
-Not truly bad, but the pizza while perfectly fine is also very forgettable.
-Your average pizza. Toppings, sauce, crust, cheese are all ok. You likely won’t be craving this any time in the future.

The good:
-The service was fantastic.
-The dining area exceeded my expectations.
-Volume was just right.

This is a nice place to eat and you will likely have a very good experience, but won’t be your new go-to pizza joint. You won’t go wrong with giving Mio’s a shot.

Hometown pizza is always easy to order and ready to go. Love the meat pizza. The spinach salad is our favorite and the Saratoga chips are a must. Love the outside seating in the warm months.

I have been coming to this Milo’s location for YEARS! I have always had friendly servers. The food is amazing!!! Me and the kids absolutely LOVE writing on the paper on the tables. We write messages to each other, play tic tac toe, and draw pics while waiting. One of our favorite parts

This place was very good. One of my favorite things was that for the kids they had a paper table cover they could draw on with crayons. The staff was very friendly and our server was very attentive. We got a cheese deep dish, a sausage deep dish, some pepperoni French bread pizza for my son and lasagna with garlic bread for my daughters friend. All of it was very good but the sausage deep dish was out of this world. We spent about $75 plus tip on it. The price is the only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars but it is worth it to go here every now and then. I’ll definitely be back.

We got a variety of pizzas to go – for picky adults & pickier kids – all were amazing!

We would have loved to dine in but had to grab & go.

Goodbye Mios, Anderson, thanks for ruining my lunch. A simple small pizza with 4 vegetable toppings for $14.00 is like a smack in the face. The actual veggie pizza on the menu is only $12 and has more toppings. Hello, Hometown, LaRosa’s, they never fail to deliver and it was only $10.50, without me making any special requests! By the way, the other customer who picked up her $21. Medium pizza was no happier than I. Will they decide they want to keep customers or just rake in more profits so they can retire? We shall see. In the meantime, although I had to go through the extra effort of leaving and going to order a fresh pizza at LaRosa’s, it was worth it.

We placed an order online to pick up in an hour. We arrived on time. We we got home, a 5 minute drive, the pizza order was wrong and cold. The cheese was congealed and grease was almost running out of the box. They obviously made it ahead and let it sit. We also ordered meatballs. There are 4 to an order, which were really 2 medium meatballs cut in half. They were so dried out, they were inedible. We had eaten at Mio’s previously and had had good food, I don’t know what happened but save your money.
