I stopped by this Subway today to take advantage of the subway deal on their footlong meal. I had issues on their app putting in my order and also on the website because it kept saying my cart didn’t satisfy the coupon deal. So I went to the store to see if they can help. I found parking easily in the front because it was early morning. When I walked inside, there was only 1 lady working and she told me she couldn’t help me. So I went back in my car and figure I would try one more time but this time put each item individually. That did the trick and my order went through. I went back inside and the lady knew it was my order. I was going to get a cherry coke for my drink but it was out of order so I got a regular coke. I took my food back to my work to eat there. I got the footlong all American club since I wanted to try it because I always get the oven roasted turkey. I thought the lady put too much mayo on my sandwich and I didn’t really like the overall all American club so I won’t order it again.

I just left here I absolutely had to write a review solely because of the service, i have no idea who the young girl was at the front but I absolutely loved her energy. I don’t normally write reviews but she is a top tier worker. From being greeted to when i walked in to making the whole order she had the best personality and was very friendly. I loved everything about her I wish i asked for her name because she was perfect. The sub is great as well

Had to write a review for Brooke. She was an absolutely a pleasure to speak with, very helpful and understanding as I struggled with the app.It’s really rare to find people who understand what customer service is especially from a younger person, have been here previously but never have met someone so pleasant. As has now been common for Subway, the food here was good; the service, not so much.
For example, It seems to me that once a food establishment opens their doors, they’re ready for business.
Not here… from a coffee machine that’s “not ready” (and needs a good 15 minutes to get a cup of joe), to the cash drawer needing to be brought out of the safe and inserted into the cash register.
All the while my toasted food sitting open on the food counter getting cold.
I’ve done a number of reviews for Subway, and while the food has almost always been delicious, the level of service has varied considerably.
Subway – and their franchisees – need to step it up.

Really disappointed in this restaurant so I came in on my lunch I had a coupon for the 8 dollar footlong and I didn’t realize the coupon I had was expired so when I’m about to pay she gives me attitude and says the coupon is expired and I was like man I did not realize that sorry is there any way you can give me the price because she already made the sandwich and she didn’t even offer that and I only had 10 dollars so yeah I was so hungry but anyways coupon was expired few days but whatever thanks alot

I come here sometimes when I’m hungry and I always order the Spicy Italian sub. The price for the food is amazing and you always know what’s going on your sandwich because they make it for you as you tell them what to put on it. The variety of ingredients is superb, therefore the combinations of sandwiches that you can make is endless. The workers are very nice and make the sandwiches in a timely order, and so you’re never waiting to eat your food for a long time. Great place. Also has a bathroom.

I like this location because there is a restroom. One star off because there is no wifi?!? The service was friendly and fast, but for my to go order there were no napkins. Also when I decided to stay and eat at 445pm (slow time).. there were no clean tables and the music reception is fading in and out.

Bread was crumbling and falling apart.
ingredients were not very fresh.
Sandwich maker was having trouble making my sandwich, put mayo and mustard in the middle of the sandwich on the veggies…unbelievable.
Its supposed to go on the bread first, wow.
so sad.

Service was terrible. The two young ladies working barely looked up. When they did, no smiles. The one who made my sandwich didn’t know what type of meat was in the sandwich I was considering. The veggies were not fresh. Desperately in need of customer service training and managerial supervision.
