The food was amazing. However whoever was working the window on July 15 2023 she needs training on customer service. I have no problem waiting for food but when we left and came back 3 times! Because she kept saying the need 15 more minutes. Again totally fine. But she’s we came back the 3rd it’s been an hour since placing the order we asked her to ask the cooking staff how much kinder so we aren’t coming back 6 more times. She refused to go ask them a simple question. Just just kept saying “idk the best I can’t tell you is to come back” again I’m fine with coming heck but how long? And wouldn’t ask them. Had I not paid already I would have just said forget it.

Food is usually good but good luck getting your pizza delivered. We’ve been waiting for almost 2 hours, I called to check up on my order and hour ago and even then she said my delivery driver has already left with our food. So if that’s true they’ve been driving around with our food for an hour. I should have just picked it up at this point.

Why are all the Marcos in GA terrible. This is the second time I have ordered from Marco’s. Once in Richmond Hill, and now in Hinesville, where we live. From the Hinesville store: I ordered a pizza at 6:14. The email confirmation gave me a “promise” time of 6:44. Eventually, at 7:13, I received another email saying it’s “on the way”. 7:33 rolls around, pizza still not here. Called the store and they tell me “well the driver is on the way and should be there soon” and then just hung up. Didn’t receive the order until 7:58 and the food was soggy and not hot anymore. If it’s going to be a long wait, then u should really update your app to reflect it. Or at least call the customer to let them know or have better customer service on the phone. If I didn’t already pay online and starving, we would have just canceled it. I read the reviews and it looks like the owner is responding to bad ones to hopefully make things better, so I gave the benefit of the doubt. But it clearly has not been getting better and it doesn’t matter how many bad reviews they get, they don’t change anything. We just moved here and will be finding different pizza places then this one. It’s a shame bc the Marcos in Tennessee we loved, but, now the two bad experiences in GA, we can’t trust the Marcos around here are going to deliver on time. So we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Be Aware This Place Gave/ Made the wrong Pizza, they refused to Remake My Pizza CORRECT. Never again will I order anything from here. We paid $22.00 bucks for Nothing! YOU MAY HAVE SOME CUSTOMERS, BUT YOU JUST LOST THIS ONE!

They are amazing! The food was hot and delicious. They had everything ready in time and helped me get all 15 pizzas I ordered into my car. They gave me plates, napkins, seasonings. They thought of everything. I will definitely be going back.

They’re very short staffed. Managers need to manage better, get more employees on shift so it’s not just 1 person making and taking orders, that’s just insane. If there’s no employees to hire maybe ask yourself why is that? Pay them what they deserve and treat them properly as well then management would have plenty big hiring pool to help improve their store and service. Pizza was gas tho.

I was messaged to come in for an interview at 11:30. When I got there the manager said that it was supposed to be 11 and she wont tolerate me being late. When I tried to show her the message SHE sent me that said 11:30 she walked off. After waiting ten minutes an employee finally came over and took my phone to show her and she still refused my interview telling me to call back and reschedule. No thanks. Customer lost forever too.. She was absolutely rude to me.

Called in order at 1705. App said it would be ready at 1715. It was a salad. Got there at 1730and it was not ready. Got it at 1743. Was on my way to work. Maybe I should loud of ordered it at 1400.

I ordered a pizza at the Marco’s Pizza in Hinesville, GA on Friday night. I was given the wrong pizza and was told to park on the side and the attendant will bring out my correct order in 5-10 minutes. I waited on my order for 30 additional minutes. I drove through the drive-thru again and asked the attendant “Did you all forget about me?” The attendant did not know that I was waiting on my order. I asked her, where is the attendant who took my order?
