Pizza is always good. I usually order online and pick up. This is the third time I’ve requested the Pizza be cut in squares and it hasn’t. Its been on each reviews and the online order has boxes to request how you want your pizza cut. ♀️

Came in to order some pizza and had rather loud background music playing that some wouldn’t consider appropriate for the work place. Was very distracted while trying to order my food because of this. Then had a couple special requests paid for them. Got my order went home and inspected my pizza and realized they didn’t put the extra items I asked for and then added very little of the other I asked for. Sucks to spend almost $70.00 plus a tip and not get what you want.

I asked for garlic sauce on my crust and waited for my order to get delivered. When it got here the crust was dry. I called them back and the person that made the pizza comes on the phone and tells me it was put on the pizza and they weren’t making it over nor were they going to give my money back for their mess up. At the end of the day if you mess up in the food service, you fix your mess up in any way possible to help the customer’s satisfaction. You can obviously see the crust is dry.

The past 2 times I ordered on my own I ended up throwing away the pizza for being soggy, flavorless, and undercooked. My husband brought pizza home last night and it was the same way. Some of the toppings were still raw tasting veggies. All 3 times the pizza was missing the crust toppers. Why is it so hard to add crust toppers. Seriously. This place was really good at one point. It is disgusting now.

Ordered online, site said it would be about 30 minutes. 70 minutes later, received notification that the driver was on their way. Called the store 30 minutes after that and the man that answered informed me, with an attitude, that the driver had multiple orders. When I asked if my pizza would be cold, he said absolutely not (still with attitude). I told him I would be calling back if it was to get a refund. He then said he was going to just call the driver, cancel the order and refund it in “3-5 business days”. The driver knocked on the door 10 minutes later, right after we placed a different order with a place that isn’t rude, with cold pizza.

Pizza looked amazing. Unfortunately not correct crust. Manager told me the crust “just puffed up”. We have NEVER had the lite crust look “puffed up” before- it is the only crust we ever get. Only answer was to remake and go pick up. I had already paid to have the first one delivered which was 1/2 hour late to begin with.

This is my second time ordering delivery. From this location. The first time they got me with a cash delivery and claimed they didn’t have change, this time I placed the order on the app at 5:58pm, the estimated delivery time was 6:28pm. Called the location when I was 15 minutes late, he was unconcerned and said the driver had already left the store. Called again at the hour mark of placing the order, the young lady seemed concerned and asked me to hold, she said that they had 1 driver and the delivery time should have updated to indicate a longer delivery time, and told me that my pizza was on the way and it would be hot. Well that was a lie. I called to get some assistance and was told that the manager was not in the store at the time, after being placed on hold. Oh and by the way, I had to reheat the pizza in the air fryer.
It will not be a third time for me.
