I don’t understand how their pizza is so good. For context, I am not a huge meat on pizza person. Especially bacon. My parents ordered something with a lot of toppings that I felt was “too much”. I was proven wrong after the first bite. The amount of sauce with meat and cheese ratio was perfect. A type of pizza I don’t typically like and am still sneaking slices, 3 hours later. This cold pizza still tastes good!

Great service! I ordered online and they called me to let me know they were out of the dressing I ordered. They let me know the other options and even offered me an extra for free. Order was ready in time and pizza and salad were delicious. 10/10!

I have ordered from this Jets for a long time and it’s usually on point. My order today was stone cold after receiving it an hourn after ordering. The sauce is dated with exp date of the 20th…today is the 22nd I gave a $5 tip on a $10 order and hoping this is not the start of a slide.

Whenever I order Jet’s GF it’s always perfectly cheese and hot, on Friday I got the cupped pepperoni with the shredded type as well, THAT WAS ACTUALLY AWESOME, the cupped gives pools of nice flavorful grease and tastes holy amazing. The shredded was small and nice and not too much, 5/5 will 100% order the same pizza again here.

I haven’t ordered from Jets in a long time and now I remember why. Totally overpriced, hardcore mediocre, canned mushrooms. This is a picture of the calzone I ordered for $16.89 with “extra cheese” there was barely any cheese let alone extra. Called to ask about it and the manager never even apologized. Just told me if you get more toppings you get less cheese. So how are you charging for extra cheese and then giving barely any? The manager remade it and it was still weak. I have had better at Little Caesars for a fraction of the price. I flipped it over to show both sides. You be the judge.

I have always been completely satisfied with this Jets. This time our order was incorrect. But they remade the pizza the correct way, and had me bring back the incorrect pizza to exchange it. Even though the order was incorrect, and I had to return, they went above and beyond to correct their error and made sure I was happy when I left. Thank you again managers and staff of this Jets Pizza in Westland! And of course the pizza was amazingly delicious!
