OK, new update as of November 2025. Marcos seems to be the only local pizza joint who will actually deliver a pizza with their own drivers?… If you’ve not noticed, it’s really hard to find somebody who doesn’t use the stupid DoorDash BS! That’s the very first thing I asked Before ordering any pizza. Anyways, the bro, who came by tonight deliver me a absolutely delicious pizza Dun exactly like I asked I made sure to tip him really well. At the end of the day, it comes back to customers service! Everybody has to get a hold of that even if it cost you a little more on the front end… I may be old schooled, but I’ve made millions of dollars as a businessman and I know what works and doesn’t!

Been ordering here since store opened. Stopped by to get 15 wings and told 15 to 20 minutes. Took 40! Wife ordered Chinese next door and got hers in less than 15.
Now to the horriblecwings. Only big enough to get one bite. Since the receipt was in the greasy box tonight’s sales manager said he can’t read the order number and there’s nothing he can do.. 12 wings for $18 and just look how puny!!! They have just lost our business altogether. Way to go Marcos management, NOT!!!

We have been ordering from this location and telling everyone about how great Marcos is for the last 4 years. Our last 3 experiences with this location has left us baffled. We ordered and scheduled delivery for 6pm, they delivered at 7:30pm so our 2 year old and 4 year old were starving with their babysitter until the order came. They gave us a credit for this experience and when we used the credit the pizza came burned to a crisp and they forgot our wings. Yesterday’s order was unlike any pizza they’ve ever made. I called and described the pizza to the young woman on the phone who stated “I know exactly what pizza you’re talking about because I remade it. I’m not sure how you ended up getting it anyway.” She said she would have the new pizza delivered and it never was.

This evening, my husband brought home a pepperoni pizza from Marcos. We were soooo disappointed. It taste like cardboard and had no flavor. Marcos should be ashamed of themselves for selling this awful pizza to the public!

The quality of food has gone way downhill. Pizza has very little cheese and toppings now. Half of our last pizza was just bread with a little dried up baked in sauce. Very disappointing as this used to be our favorite take out pizza place.

Place an order online for 5:15 pm to be delivered and got it at 5:55 pm. Asked for Mayo on my sandwich and didn’t have any on it and the pizzoli was cold and burnt on the bottom. I called the store and they left me on hold for 20 minutes and never answered the phone.

Incredible business model . Pay for the pizza, Make you wait so long (literally 30 mins past time ready) you get so aggravated , you leave , they keep the money. Should have thought of this much sooner.

So annoyed. This is the second and the last time this will happen. This is why I always ask for my pizza well done here. I’ve had two incidents where the pizza is completely undercooked. I couldn’t even get a slice out the entire bottom fell. Won’t be ordering from this location anymore.

I’ve waited a few tries to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. This has become our go to pizza night place. I have no idea why reviews are so low because each time we’ve ordered it’s been ready in under 20 mins(even at 6p on a Friday), it’s hot and tasty, and the place seems well staffed with friendly employees. Glad we found it!
