Last Thurs I placed an order for delivery. The box was shaken and pizza was completely shifted and to one side. We called spoke with manager she offered to resend order,, but we didn’t want to wait again so she offered to replace our order the next time at no charge. All we had to do was call in from the same number we used to place original order, give my name and we were set. When I called today exactly a week later the very rude manager who answered tells me he can not honor it because I did not give him the name of the manager (not what we were told) and hung up on me.

Usually when I order from this Marco’s, I have a pretty good experience. Today, I canceled my order. The place did not look clean in the back. I was still going to get the pizza, but the young man that was working on my pizza looked like he had an attitude and did not want to be there. He also had no covering over his locks/twists. I really was not in the mood to have hair on my pizza, so I canceled my order. Don’t know when I will be back.

Ordered online and after 40 minutes, tried to call the store several times and kept getting disconnected. Finally got someone to answer and before if I could even finish my sentence she put me on hold. Someone else picked up and said they didn’t have my order. They didn’t ask for a confirmation number, but when I provided it they found the order and said..its on the way. It took an hour and a half to get the order from when it was placed. The order arrived incomplete: drink was forgotten. Very annoyed and customer service quite frankly, sucked.

The worse take out experience I have had in a very long time. When I walked in there were 8 employees behind the counter, including a manager (older Caucasian lady). Not 1 of them walked over to greet me or ask if I had been helped.

June 30th. If I could give this store a negative star i would. My online order (pizza, wings, family salad) was almost 2 hours late and we live withing walking distance to this location. The only reason why I ordered delivery was because I had a house full of hungry teens. When i went outside to retrive something I saw a pizza box with bugs on and nearby. Rest of my order was missing. When I called the store i was on hold for almost 30 minutes– they eventually told me that due to an issue with their delivery truck they ran out of food. They didnt even bother to call–just delivered a pizza–i pizza that didnt have the extra sauce NOR the romanesan crust. It was a bad pizza. IT took a few days to reach a GM in training…She refunded the delivery fee and tip. That driver deserved nothing–he/she just threw our food on the floor and left. I’ve always been a Dominos fan. I’ve had Marcos a couple times and like them as well….but this last experience was NOT a good one by any means. In reading the reviews it seems its a location specific issue–The Macland location. Hope they get it together with the new GM!

The owner of this store needs to do better training and supporting their employees. Just terrible all around service! Your employees are a reflection of your leadership. If you don’t care more than likely your employees want care either.

Never again! More than 90 minutes waiting and never received the order and never answered the phone. My wife went to the store to cancel the order and someone there recognized that the store is a complete mess.

Very disappointing customer service. I usually order online, but since I was driving I placed my order the old fashioned way by calling it in. I first asked what specials were currently going on, and the girl that answered the phone could not give me that answer. She didn’t know. I then proceeded to just order what I wanted. I said the toppings of the pizza, to which she asked me again at the end of the order to repeat my toppings. I though that after saying the 4 toppings I wanted, two times, that she heard me and the order would be accurate. It was not. I arrived to pick up my order, and the young girl at the register was helping another customer. She was definitely the person that took my order over the phone, and when the customer in front of her asked a question twice and she was looking downward not paying attention, that’s when I realized she was on a FaceTime /video call that was personal. She was laughing and music coming back on her phone was loud and very unprofessional. This Marco’s location has immature children working for them who do not know what customer service is on the most basic level. This was my first time going there, and it will be my last. I’d rather go to Mellow Mushroom or Johnny’s where they know how to attend to their customers. What a huge disappointment. *Also, I got home and my order was wrong! It only came with 2 out of the 4 toppings that I said not once over the phone, but twice!

Showed up at the store at “promised time” and waited over an ADDITIONAL HOUR with no apology, no discount, nothing but attitude. If it was going to be an hour and a half for pickup instead of the 20 minutes promised, I’d have gone to one of the other 3 near me. Never again will I go to this one. Horrible service chock full of attitude.

Ordered for delivery of $150 worth of pizza. You’d think that kind of order would take priority over a $13 delivery order. Nope! They never delivered it, had to leave the birthday party, and pick up the pizza myself. Gave me excuses of lack of drivers, but as I said. $150 order would take priority, I’d think.
