Good food, but there wasn’t a station for napkins and they got rid of the soda machine evidently. The renovations looked really nice though. The board n batten is so nice, but they gotta make some more options on the menu like personal size pizzas for lunch.

Everything was good . It’s my new favorite spot is the rest of the pizza place you can go straight to his eats and you know what I mean when I say that.! Marco’s seems to have the biggest pizzas in the industry. Their small pizza was huge. Also, their regular salad order was enough for two days. And both the salad and the pizza were well made, with fresh ingredients.

Marco’s is the superior take-out chain pizza joint if you ask me. We order one of their “hot deals” online ahead of time and by the time we get there, it’s hot and ready. They’ve always gotten out order right. This location is pretty easy to get in and out of. The service is always friendly. We won’t go anywhere else for our cheap pizza cravings!

This would’ve been a five until recently. A 1 for the last couple months. Pizza is normally good and service is normally better than good. Today, we ordered $45 dollars worth of pizza…..WHICH IS TWO….and ordered four extra pizza sauces.the sauces never showed. I called to complain. After several minutes of the manager explaining the possible reasons for the mistake, I said “the right answer was ‘someone is in the car to bring you your shit’” Well, all she could talk about is my “vulgar language”. Get a grip.

Usually my service is great ..But trying to place a delivery order at night with Augusta location is nearly impossible, they do not answer the phone. All the other locations in greenville and Greer I have no issues with , get a new night manager or teach him when the phone rings answer it , I can understand being short staffed at times but it takes a second to pick up the phone and acknowledge your customer

I placed an online order for $71.84, and gave my delivery guy a $5 cash tip upon delivery. Imagine my surprise when my account was charged $84.53 instead. I called the store the next day and spoke with a manager. Found out that when the delivery guy said I didn’t have to sign the receipt when he delivered our order, it was so he could give himself an additional $12.69 tip on top of the $5.00 I’d already given him. I was told that corporate would be called, and I would be refunded. However, it appears nothing was done. I had to make a 2nd call, and speak to another manger who said she’d go in the system and refund the tip back. Her demeanor was NOT rude, but very nonchalant like this was no big deal. This is really bad business. How many others has this happened to, who may not have even noticed?! I don’t plan on doing business with them again.

I always order from this location. Marcos gives the option for Keto with the pizza bowl. We usually get 10 wings to go with it. The order of 10 wings that I just received for $12 on my last order was unexceptable. They were literally smaller than my pinky. One did not even look like a wing. It’s look like a chunk of cartilage that got thrown into the fryer. My teenage son usually eats 10 by himself and is pretty full. But this past time he was still hungry so I ended up having to cook on pizza night. Which defeats the whole purpose of ordering out. If this is going to be the size of the order from here on out then tell me now so I save my time and money. For reference in size is the small ramekin of sauce.
