I ordered and paid for the Works pizza, and when l received my order by delivery, it was cheese pizza. When l called the restaurant, he asked all these crazy questions like what comes on the works pizza. Like really you don’t know? It comes with everything, including meat. Well, l know for damn sure it’s more than cheese. So then he stated he would get with the driver well it’s not the driver’s fault you gave him the wrong pizza for my ordered. I called again to see if they were going to send the right pizza and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. Next, l know the phone hangs up, and now they are closed. So now the pizza is currently sitting in the fridge.Well, let’s just l never got my correct pizza and stuck with a cheese pizza and paid extra for something l never received. I’m highly disappointed and will never order from this establishment AGAIN. Spent money on service fees, food, taxes, and driver tip and can’t even get the right pizza. Hell, if l can give this place a zero, l would.

Pizza was great, just what I was looking for! Chewy and crispy crust! Great combo of pepperoni just a little kick, decently cheesy. Salad was also wonderful with plenty of dressing packets on side. Ordered via grubhub, delivery to hotel. Great pizza with great view!

I opened the pizza box at the counter and asked why my pizza only had 5 pepperoni on a slice when the one displayed in their store window clearly had 17 pepperoni.
The employee said “sometimes in the oven….”that is when I interrupted him and replied “you saying that someone in the oven steals them off the pie?”

Biggest turn off was watching pizza be made with NO GLOVES, same person who boxes handles money without handwashing or gloves. After eating 2 of was spent the night in the bathroom both exits. Food is usually quick to be cooked. Pizza has been good in prior visits but now questioning sanitation of this location. Also order no mushrooms on my pizza and there was a thick layer under the cheese which is probably why I lucked out of the bathroom stay.

Ordered this pizza really late after arriving to vacation spot and doing grocery shopping. This pizza was sooo good, everyone in our house ate more than what they normally do. Would definitely eat from here again.

I meant to leave a 5 star review the last time I was here. The service was tremendous and the food was really good! Where these people excel at is the people they’re hiring. Like wow. Those guys are dedicated. Food rocked and they were just so helpful. First time was a young fellow I’ll edit later with his name. Second time Turner helped me out figuring out what to order. Marcos is as good as their employees. Definitely worth switching the routine to enjoy their menu.

Maybe a little light on cheese. Our regular place was closed for Christmas week. I have always liked Marcos so this was a good back up plan. Pizzas were exactly what was ordered, that is a rarity for chain pizza joints, 5 stars for service! Will have marcos again
