Decent location for optimal business traffic flow. Not crowded at all. Strictly take-out and delivery. No dine-in options, which was fine. I was able to remove the pepperoni off the all-Meat calzone, but wasn’t able substitute it with extra bacon ON THE APP. However, the cashier did mention if I were make a manual comment, that they would have added the extra bacon, since it was a one-for-one substitution. I will have to remember for my next online order! Overall, I had great service and great food!!

Our organization had an event in Virginia Beach this weekend. We ordered 9 pizzas and 2 cheese breads. They were delivered got and on time. Many of our guests had never tried Marco’s before and are now in love with their pizza. Kudos to the manager, his staff, and owners for a wonderful job. We will definitely be ordering again.

Pizza was ok but the rest was so bad I can’t give a good review. The wings were undercooked even after ordering them well done, bet they wouldn’t do that to themselves or their family. The salad was ok but they can’t read an order and sent the wrong dressing. Just stay home and make your own food, the quality is trash from any chain these days.

This is the absolute worst Marcos to order from. They are HORRIBLE! They just throw the pizzas together and undercook it so when you get it the cheese is barely melted and the toppings roll right of of it! They even gave me burnt up croutons on my salad. Do not order from this garbage franchise! The manager Brandon doesn’t care if you tell him about it he just refers you to the website! I have had great food from other Marcos but this one is a disgrace!

Update:4/19/24 – I just decided to give another try to this business. Disappointed again.. I ordered what they call the Pizzoli, which is not on the website. I ordered the buffalo chicken with light sauce simialr to pizza roll or wrap. I received a roll filled with cheese, no buffalo sauce and what appears to be three small stripes of chicken with a little cup of ranch I did ask for. The whole roll was roughly less than 5 inches for $7+ dollars… There will not be a third time!!! SEE photos.

Well, this is a new location….. Now I would have given them 4 stars for cleanliness, for not letting the cook do the register or folding boxes or doing anything else without thoroughly washing hands up to the elbow. Great!!! This was a good thing! Now the food on the other hand. I just ordered the Pizza bowl and wings. The Wings 4 Stars. The bowl was supposed to be a two-serving bowl based on the writing on the menu. Well to my surprise, it was not and only enough to cover the bottom of the plastic black bowl and not even half full. This should have been double the contents if was to be a two-serving bowl for the price as advertised. I am nearly done with just three quick scoops, so glad I ordered wings I would have been still hungry. This was and is only enough for one serving or person. Even if they had put another $1 on the price and added more toppings to be two-servings. That would have been perfect.

My delivery came a whole hour late which is crazy for a Monday night. We called at the 30 min mark of it being late and they said the driver was running late, but didn’t tell us a time. They said they would refund 50% when we called, but that hasn’t come through yet. The pizza and cheesy bread came cold too. Very disappointed.

Pre ordered a footlong meatball sub, arrived when the email said to. Meanwhile my lunch break is over and never received the sub as I had to go back to work at 1200pm ordered it at 1110am I won’t be coming back to this location as it was my first visit and last!! At least they were having fun listening to their music!
