We went on a Monday night and the restaurant was packed, they cut our 50 minute wait to 10. Our server was not great, only saw him to order and to pay. But the other workers and manager made it a great experience in the end.

My wonderful husband and I went here tonight for Veteran’s Day. He got his Vet voucher (not too many choices) but be that as it may, the food was delicious! My ribeye did however needed to be reput on due to being a bit undercooked, but medium rare is quite the difficult choice to cook, it did have incredible flavor along with the their loaded mashed potatoes I really liked those! All in all everything was extremely good.

Huge shout out to our server Bobby, he was doing great job checking in on us while they were super busy! He was very attentive.
Thank you for making our visit pleasant!

I ate this chilis it was very yummy best restaurant in tooele county and the state of Utah. Server was good. Food was good. Waitress was good good. Burger was good. Order taker was good. I will be back when I am in tooele and craving a chilis visit which is anytime I am anywhere I love chilis

Probably the worst service I experienced. Waited 30 minutes to sit down for a table of 2. Which was no big deal. My daughter and I only went in for dessert. She thought it would be fancy to go to a restaurant and get dessert, shes 4. It took a server about 15 minutes to greet us at the table. At that time, we ordered a cookie skillet. About 25 minutes later went by. I had to waive the server down to ask for a cup of water, after I had watched my server and a few others eat chicken wings from the kitchen door. At that point, the server let us know that they no longer had any cookies. I couldn’t comprehend why it took them so long to let us know that the one thing we order was unavailable but the server didn’t seem to have a care in the world. At that time, I made a complaint to the manager. And his response was, yeah, sorry about that. We left and went to crumble, and ended up having amazing customer service there.

Jason is the best server I’ve ever met, we made jokes together, he was funny the drinks where amazing, the food was amazing and it looks like the 4 star restaurant great would recommend chili’s fast service just amazing waiters. This guy was great would come again . Service was great, great guy. Chill bro. God bless Jason he was amazing throughout the night and was always there to help us with a smile and fun times. The service was great, Jason was kind and he could take jokes and have a great time, I wish him luck as he’s a hard working father, he deserves higher tips. Me and my friend went here for lunch and were blown away! We sat down and our drinks and food followed very quickly. As soon as our drinks got low, a refill was sitting on our table. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely come here again!

Rachel is hands-down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome the second you sit down. genuinely kind, never making you feel rushed or overlooked.
