My husband and I have been here to buy cookies and cookie cakes several times. We have always had wonderful service and everything was delicious. I couldn’t find a picture from the sample book to go with my little boy’s frog birthday theme. A young lady told me she could do one for me. We got so many compliments on the cake. We are happy to have this place so close to home!!!

Compressor is down. So they prescooped smalls to sell. Kool, except for the flavor I like…
Wait for that only to find out that they can’t mix it in… So we are going to dump graham cracker and sprinkles on top of a damn cup to small for the ice cream and sell it at normal over priced amount without it being mixed.
What in the “McDonald’s, sorry our fluffy machine is down and we don’t have lids, kinda stuff is this?”
Seriously, at least upsize your cup size to to accommodate the inevitable mess you’re forcing your customers to risk taking into their cars.
Bruh… I just wanted marble slab, not Mc Donalds.

Remember folks, it’s not a mean review. It’s how I feel when someone decides to deny service because they are lazy. If I could make my snack and clean up myself I would have, believe me.
8/3 – This is the first time out of many that I came in the last 30 minutes of business that this has happened. When you work at neighboring restaurants, it’s hard to get in earlier because you are working. I feel I was done dirty because someone wanted to be lazy.
I come in at 9:40pm. Y’all close at 10pm.
White heavier set girl working. (In case someone wants to fix the issue)
Them: “Can I help you”.
Me: “Yes, I’d like to get some ice cream.”
T:”We can’t do mix-ins”
M:”Why is that?”
T:”Because we have closed the bar”.
M:”Ok…”
T:”I’m sorry about that”.
M:”I don’t think you are”.
I walked out.
I would like to point out that the “Mix-ins” are built into the price. So if you are open til 10pm, but take away the perks after a certain time, you should post that on your wall so we cannot waste each other’s time.
Sincerely, someone who has no business spending money on overpriced ice cream, yet has easily spent a hundred in the past couple of months with y’all.
It’s ok, I’ll try again 1 more time. If the same thing happens, I’ll just spend my money on a shake from somewhere else on the other side of the bridge when I head home.

The service was impeccable and the environment very warm and friendly. They had more than enough employees to help us. I had the sweet cream, which is my all time favorite, and it did not disappoint. If I could change anything, it would be to have my usual white chocolate chips. Thank you all for your service!

Probably the worse Ice cream I’ve ever had, and it’s hard to mess up ice cream. I had sweet cream, with Oreos, caramel, fudge, and snickers. Taste like ice. Frozen bland ice. like wow. Very hard as well, I enjoy cold stone a lot, but it’s obviously too far, but this place is a HUGE no.
