Played slots here. Never offered a drink in 4 hours..free or bought. Cashed out several tickets where the bartender gal kept the loose change. I gave her a $20 tip on my 3rd cashed ticket..it was a decent jackpot. Went to cash my last ticket..it was .21 cents from being an even 200. She proceeded to count me out 199.79..and I told her NO..you kept my change many times..you can give me it back with that and give me 200…I also mentioned I GAVE her a $20 tip..most bartenders would’ve not cared about the .21 cents. She proceeded to let me know my $ 20 tip was NOT appreciated..and that, in fact, she usually gets more from her customers. It was extremely rude and just downright greed over pocket change. Don’t go there unless you want to feel like you need to PAY them to have the privilege of losing money in their machines.

When we first got there and sat down they said we needed to order drinks to request a song for karaoke. Later, they expect everyone to have a drink in hand, whether it’s alcoholic or not, which I find ridiculous as a business owner. The minimum spend is over $10, which is just insane. I would never return to this place again. When the staff approached my group and insisted we all needed drinks, I told the bartender that we would leave once I finished my drink. She then asked how long that would take. What kind of business are you running?

I fell in love with this restaurant! And the owner was so respectful, and nice, and has so much heart for his patrons! I overheard a politic- fueled argument between two older gents, and the owner simply gave them both a few words of warning, without anger or bitterness, or judgement, or inequality. It was absolutely relevant, and they both quit arguing immediately. I like this place! And the food is sooo yummy!!!

Open late for gambling. I think there are 6 machines. There’s a pool table and cocktails if you’re interested, but mainly a place to play slots. I won almost $200 more than I spent. B

The bar tenders are nice and interact well with customers. The drinks could be a little more stiffer. The slot machines have been tight on giving returns. That’s just my personal experience. As I have seen people will decent post, lol.

Myself and a friend visited Portland as tourists one a Tuesday. As we were walking about our hotel looking for food, we saw the bar energetically advertising karaoke. We went in to inquire about the karaoke. The owner flatly said that it was only available on the weekend. Thinking his deadpan and brusque response was due to some quirk of his personality, I politely told him we’d return on Friday. As we were walking out the door, he oddly demanded “can I help you?” To which I replied “well, you have answered our question, that’s all we wanted.” He began to rant at the top of his lungs that if we were there to sell him something to get out and never return. Extremely aggressive and disgusting customer service skills. I recommend you do not patronize this seedy establishment.

They let you in. And then take what you paid for and tell you to leave because you are not Vietnamese. Racism pulling money from your pocket. Anyone whom is not at least Asian will be taken for a ride. I personally think finances and possibly heroin roll through here but can’t prove that part. Just felt the vibe. Stay clear. Bad news

Amazing the people are very nice once they get to know you they are like family always making you feel welcome they will get to know your name and acknowledge you every time you come in. But don’t be discouraged because at first they seem a little stand offish till they get to know you… But they are amazing

Always a nice place to duck out. Drinks are cheap the bartenders are cool. Theres always parking and its clean inside and out. Its tucked in next to a nice mexican restaurant so it looks like a mexican place but i do believe its vietnamese?
