Appetizers to desserts – everything is so tasty, homemade goodness. We ordered the family plate, chicken stroganoff, sautéed collard greens, croquet appetizers, hibiscus tea with a splash of passionfruit, and an assortment of desserts, including one of the best flans ever.

AMAZING Feijoada! So creamy and so tasty! For a Brazilian this means HOME! So, if you would like taste something from Brazil, definitely go there! I don’t have pictures but I recommend Coxinhas (calabresa and frango) (they also have gluten free option), Cod ball and kibe. They also have family size food box that you can bring home and eat during the week!

We’ve eaten here on multiple occasions, each time we’ve been impressed with the food! I’m partial to the shepherd pie special, however all the items from the stroganoff to the shrimp have been delicious. The hibiscus & passion fruit drink mix is delicious! There are a lot of items you can purchase as well for groceries from Brazil, very fun and Mara is a super nice lady as well.

We finally made it into the shop after enjoying some delicious catering at friend’s house. Super clean, knowledgeable staff, and SUPER delicious! The whole family loved the beans, rice and collards. An easy, healthy and local dinner. We will definitely be back as Oshkosh needs more local and unique food options.

First time there, you order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. They have daily specials, which today was Friday and it was a fish stew, I passed on that and had a beef stroganoff served with rice, it was absolutely delicious, I ended up bringing half of it home, it was a large amount and reasonably priced.

Tried the current Wednesday special (Galinhada), mini coxinhas, and guava drink which were all amazing. The customer service was great (didn’t catch her name but she was super sweet with the pink hair!) The food was quick and family portion was generous for my husband and I. We contemplated coming back the next day to try more. Would definitely reccomend & can’t wait to come back again.

I got the chicken stroganoff and my mom got the a shrimp with coconut sauce. Very tasty and filling, definitely will be eating here again with my friends. We received a mini cake and sodas for the 1st anniversary celebration and the owner was very nice. Also ordered the cheese bread and chicken coxinhas which were good too. If you’re looking for a wide range of Portuguese and Brazilian snacks, goodies, and drinks stop in!

My sister and I have been trying different cultured foods and decided to give Mara’a a try. The food, the drinks, desserts, and service was phenomenal. The feijoada, linguica, hibiscus and passion fruit drink mixed were my favorite but I enjoyed it all. My nephew who is 1 approves!
