Not the greatest but not horrible if you actually get the food. If using the app I would suggest you be in the parking lot and that goes for any subway really because they do refuse to refund you any money even if they lie about the operating hours and you never receive you’re food, you simply get an email saying thank you for your feedback and being a subway customer. The attitudes are not all that great but for what is worth that is a congested area so most times they are busy and tired.

Terrible customer service subway worker just yells 6am 6am and he just made a sub I seen, there needs to be some type of change look at the constant terrible reviews…. And again don’t trust the 24 hours it says and honestly would not trust them to run a microwave let alone a restaurant

Last night, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while the two girls kept their backs to me. No one else there, but did not even acknowledge me. Horrible customer service!! I bring 20 to 25 people to that store every week!

Casher blurted out loud, so no tip. Forced tip option is def not needed for take out. This restaurant is in a gas station with a habitual loiterer harassing customers!

80% of the staff has unbelievably bad attitudes and talk to you like you’re inconveniencing them. It’s bad enough that this is the first subway I’ve taken time to write a review for. The tables jammed together and chairs stuffed in the corner is a nice touch too.
Oh and the toaster oven has been “down” for two weeks now which is honestly unbelievable. They won’t even buy a $50 microwave to get by in the meantime. I only ever come here purely out of convenience. I can’t believe how bad the management is here, and how subway regional management let’s this stuff slide. Embarrassing.

Sandwich was delicious. Cashier a little slow acknowledging me. Didn’t ask if I needed help right away. Kept sweeping the floor. However once she did she was very polite.

My rating of 4 stars was only given because of the young man who served me. I do not recall his name, I believe he was relatively new to subway and the workforce in general. I commend his effort to make my experience with Subway a positive one. However the franchisee should focus on their mise en place before leaving any team members by them selves. The lack of line prep led to my very particular about her food Girlfriend disappointed. Though the sandwich was constructed well and tasty ( it was breakfast for me), there should have been the ingredients regularly offered. I cook for a living and know the items that were missing are not hard to come by.
Overall not bad. Note to the franchisee, you should thank that young man for the extra two stars he earned you.
