Reasonable prices for gas station tacos. Tried steak, al pastor, chicken and barbacoa. I think I liked the barbacoa the best. Nothing really stood out though.

The service was great and the lady at the front was the absolute sweetest. I ordered 2 beef tacos & 1 pastor….the corn tortillas were nicely cooked and did not fall apart when you went to eat the tacos. The meat was seasoned well and tender. The only thing was I wish there was more cilantro with the onions. Both the red and green salsa were good. Neither were overly hot but had just enough spice for the average person. Overall, from my first visit I can definitely say I will be back again for lunch.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Maple Taqueria & Maple Mart, and it was all thanks to Yuli and the incredible staff. I was involved in a car accident right near Maple Mart. She went above and beyond by helping me navigate how to obtain the video recording of the crash. Her boss truly set the tone by stepping in to help a stranger—something you don’t see very often anymore. The entire staff was kind, supportive, and genuinely caring during a very stressful moment. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and reflects the compassion of the people who work there. I’m incredibly grateful and highly recommend this place, not just for the food and service, but for the humanity they show.

Honestly, I don’t eat out much and since I’m not Mexican I had no idea about tacos. I just ate hard shell taco with some veggies and goulash. Maple Taqueria changed my perception of tacos. they use all fresh ingredient. Especially I loved their homemade seven different kind of Taco sauces.

Anyway I loved their customer service. They also deliver food. The restaurant was very nice, clean , organized and decorated.
Fortunately, I had a meeting with the owner of the Maple Taqueria. He recommended me to have some special menus. I appreciated his presence in there. It Was very nice meeting with him.
If you want to test Mexican food in a very reasonable price, then I would highly recommend you to go to Maple Taqueria and enjoy your breakfast, Lunch and dinner.

Their street tacos were spot on and delicious! Would definitely get them again. The rice was too peppery, could be better. They don’t provide cups for water. Overall a clean location for quick yummy tacos.

Have never written a bad review before and this broke new grounds. Borderline school cafeteria food ordered the flautas as well as the taco plate the “sour cream” on the flautas was clay like similar to icing and it seemed like they had been sitting under a warmer for a while the chicken was dry and hard. The taco plate was better but not by much (at least it was kind of edible) it came with four tacos with onions, limes, and cilantro on the side which were fresh at least however the tortillas were not, the meat (barbacoa and ground beef) had barely any taste, was stringy, rubbery, and some parts I was unable to chew. After trying to pour some salsa on one of my tacos it came out in a clump. Couldn’t not finish either dish. Came out to a total of $23 have had much better for cheaper. Will not be returning.
