Stopped in for lunch and had the Country Fried Steak with side salad and fries. The salad was just a simple side salad with ranch but it was good. The Country Fried Steak was good with the gravy. The fries were nothing to write home about, just your standard fries. Definitely a cool little family dinner. The waitress was awesome, super friendly and funny. Sorry I didn’t catch her name. I will definitely be back to try out some of the breakfast items.

We randomly stopped here while traveling through Iowa and we’re glad we did this instead of Waffle House. The food is basic, but with generous portions. I think that our waitress was a little overloaded, as she was the only one running the front at the time.
They have little coloring pages to keep the kids occupied, so if you have kids, look for that.

this is a cute little diner. it’s not fancy it’s not trendy, its a small town family owned restaurant. it’s small but there is quite a bit of seating available even though it is as smaller. coffee was good. the waitresses where friendly and you could tell they enjoyed their job. it’s obviously got it’s regular crowd, yet I didn’t feel out of place. food didn’t take long to come out and was really good. i had an omelette, toast and hash browns(could of been a little crispier-next time ill ask). the omelette was actually on the larger size I was a lil impressed. my son got the steak and eggs and he loves it steak was cooked to his liking eggs where done sunny side up, he thought it was really good. i thought the prices were good as well. mine was like 10$ with the hash browns I believe.. my sons was 16$ or around there. if you ain’t looking for somewhere fancy and enjoy fresh cooked food with that small hometown feeling id definitely recommend giving them a try!!

Food was good. Service was terrible! Got a early 20s male server, that made it pretty clear we were low on the hospitality, service totem pole, unless you were a local. Two other parties were serviced before we were. Waiter just seemed like he didn’t want to serve me and my 5 year-old boy. There was a waitress, who seemed cordial, and attention to detail. I’ve eaten here a few times now & never had a bad meal. The service is good but the restaurant is a little cramped & usually busy which is a sign that the place is pretty good but keep that in mind just in case that bothers you. I got the Denver Omelette with hashbrowns which was really good! The eggs were cooked just the way I like them. I highly recommend Manny’s!
