Definitely call in to see how busy and put your name in. Super busy and was an hour wait as a walk in at 2pm. I’m sure it’ll die down a bit with time though. Once we sat though, the waitress was prompt and amazing, and the food was so good! We’ll be back!

Super interactive and fun – didn’t wait long for our meat to arrive (ordered 4 sets of various meats 4 different times), did the BBQ only option! Every staff member, even the one that wasn’t our waitress was super sweet. The only critique I had was no spoon for the lil ice creams. They definitely have some background processes to work out but they literally just opened and I had no major issue. Will gladly be back!!

Honestly very disappointing experience.
We came here for hotpot, but the whole process felt extremely slow and unorganized. We had a 2-hour dining limit, yet it took about 40 minutes just to get our initial order. By the time everything came out, we had already lost a big chunk of our eating time.
What made it worse was that right when we were about to order, they suddenly told us lamb was moved to the dinner menu. This was not shown anywhere on the menu, which felt misleading and unprofessional.
When we tried to order additional items later, it took another 30 minutes to arrive. Because of the delays, we barely got to try much food at all.
The sauce bar was also poorly maintained — items were often empty and not refilled in time. Overall, the food and setup felt cheap compared to the price.
For what you pay, this place is definitely not worth it. The experience was frustrating and not enjoyable at all. Would not recommend.
