Food was great, the Mai Fun Extra Spicy and Spring Rolls were really great. Provided exceptional service, we called in 9 minutes before closing and they made our food and waited to close until we got there. Atmosphere was a typical take-out joint. 10/10 Thank you Chinese Kitchen.

I ordered broccoli and shrimp and it tasted sour , and when I brought it back I could have sworn they just put it the pot a rewarmed it up and gave it back to me . And it still tasted sour ! And why not remake it

I got the shrimp lo mein. It was a huge serving, enough to feed 3 people. It was mostly noodles and shrimp, with very few vegetables. It was seasoned well. It’s good for a cheap meal to feed lots of people or if you want to pig out a bit, but it wouldn’t be my go to for feeding myself. They were just very typical Americanized noodles. It works for what it is, Americanized Chinese food.

Hands down best crab rangoon ever had. I’ve had this particular appetizer at several different Chinese take-outs or restaurants in various locations in Louisiana and this place does it right! Sweet & Sour Chicken also delicious, the batter is light and crispy. The dumplings we ordered fried were decent, but will try them steamed next time- purely a texture thing for me – not to reflect on the quality of food. Very Good food here and reasonably priced for the portion sizes you get.

I’ve eaten at a lot of Chinese places. This was the worst I’ve had for my money. The plates to go are little, there’s no seasoning and I paid extra for shrimp fried rice and I only have 3.5 shrimp. I ordered the pepper steak and onions; my bell peppers are cooked fully neither or the onions and it’s not seasoned. I won’t be returning here

I have yet to find a Chinese takeout place to rival Chinese Kitchen. 100% without a doubt the BEST crab Rangoons I’ve ever had. Great lo mein and protein entrees too. The only thing I dislike is the fried rice, but they have so many other good things that I don’t even miss the rice. I graduated from LSU a couple years ago and still make the occasional 20+ minute commute to come here

I call in orders weekly and it’s ready within 5-10 minutes. Food is BUSSSIN (very good), fair price, and decent portions.

The lady in the front was extremely kind and understanding, and the food was very well done and exceeded my standards. I acsedently ordered something by mistake and decided to leep it but it still tasted very nice.

The service is always quick and very friendly. There is a little bit of a language barrier but it’s not a problem. Servings are quite generous.
I’ve never had a bad experience or bad food from this establishment.
If you like Chinese and you are not looking for anything fancy this little place will treat you right.
