I have been to different locations of this restaurant but not this one, so I couldn’t wait to try. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and was greeted. I ordered the turkey sausage with egg on a whole wheat bagel and a caramel macchiato with oat milk. It took about 6 minutes. When it was done, I dug in, and it was good and filling. The caramel macchiato was ok, just a little too sweet. All in all I had a good experience.

The location in Five Points provided excellent service and my order was perfect. I love the multi-grain bagels here and of course, the delicious chicken salad. The staff is lovely and efficient and courteous. Excellent service all the way around!

This happened 4x in a row where I’ve gone to kiosks order a certain bagel they don’t tell you they are out of that specific bagel and they just give whatever they want without telling you. I pointed this out on the spot that this is not a whole wheat bagel which I ordered and if they are out of it then why not tell the customer they are out of it instead of giving them w.e bagel they want. Just be honest and say your out of those bagels don’t give another bagel the customer doesn’t want.

This location is really close to my job site, ordered online (easy/many different options), also I paid online and when to pickup earlier than what they told me and it was already ready…they gave me my order exactly how I wrote it on the notes…I’m pleased with the whole experience! The coffee was delicious and the breakfast bagel too!

It’s okay, been here a couple times due to convenience purposes only, and they messed up my order on at least 3 occasions. Breakfast sandwiches are overpriced for what you get. They’re very frugal with the amount of egg and choice of meat you compared to other places. Unless you ask for extra which no surprise is an additional cost , and it can be pretty dry. Overall I’ve had better in Union let alone North Jersey, I’d go somewhere else.
