Solid and generous H.E.C.! The bagel was fluffy and not too dense. I wish it had slightly more salt but that’s me being picky.

3x they screwed up my order. To not only repeat back the order back to me, but then STILL receive an entirely wrong one? Frustrating as hell. Sure after the first time I gave them a pass, second time should have been my sign to genuinely stop coming back. But nope, I needed a third reminder. This morning some woman who clearly wasn’t listening and merely moving on autopilot somehow only got the type of bagel and black pepper correct – entirely missing not toasted, egg whites not regular scrambled and scooped out whenever I never asked for that…

One of the top bagel locations not just on Long Island but in all of New York. Doughy, warm, and really tasty bagels. Their get a dozen + 3 free deal is pretty solid, a great go-to for work functions, but I find their cream cheese to be a bit over priced. Still, I’ve always had a consistently wonderful experience with Manhasset Bagels.

I used to love this place, the bagels were fluffy, warm, and so big I could only finish half. Unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill. Now the bagels are smaller, cold, and often hard even when I go there on Sunday mornings. What’s even more frustrating is the constant order mistakes. I usually order through their website, and despite the clear description stating “4 slices of bacon and cream cheese on a bagel,” they never include the cream cheese. It’s such a simple order, i dont even know how it keeps getting messed up?
