This is the cleanest Subway that I’ve ever been in. The service was fast. The sandwiches were perfect. Chris, Elijah, Adrianna are hard working and very friendly. When not preparing food, they were all cleaning. Adrianna gave me her opinions for toppings and sauces. Great crew!

Back story, 5 years ago there was a sandwich called the turkey Italiano, which is a bmt but with turkey instead of ham. Taken off the menu, probably because it is less for employees to memorize and you can just substituted what you want.
So I always order a bmt swap ham for turkey. Guy said he wouldn’t do it! He said he would have to charge me $17! That’s right, 50% increase in price to swap ham for turkey. I don’t know if you’ve been in a grocery store, but turkey is cheaper than ham! This is the only good sandwich your store has, but I am not paying 1.5x the price for a cheaper meat. I know you can do it, this is the only thing I order from subway. Subway has definitely lost their touch. And the customer service shows.

Very clean, efficient and friendly store. The owner took my order and was very patient with as I continued to review the menu. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty. You can always rely on Subway for a great sandwich.

No meat on sub. More nasty sub roll. Put wrong bread. No provolone cheese. The food line was dirty. Steak taste off. Very gross staff not friendly . Poor attitude. Say hi there where rude. Place was dirty. Table stinkey. Not recommended this sub way need to be closed down.

I visited Subway around 2 PM and had to wait because it seemed like there was only one employee handling both online and in-store orders. I waited patiently, which wasn’t a problem. However, when it was my turn to order, the employee’s customer service was very poor. He rushed me and didn’t allow me to fully explain what I wanted. As a result, I didn’t get the exact order I wanted but paid anyway. When I went to pay, he didn’t give me my receipt and instead crumpled it up. This experience was disappointing and could be improved with better customer service and attention.

This is the soggy, limp, chewy gross bacon I got on my sandwich. I had to pick it off because I couldn’t eat it. Every time I pay $11 for a sandwich at subway I’m reminded of why I haven’t been there in a while….because it’s not worth it. Almost $30 for 2 less than amazing sandwiches and 1 drink is too much. The person making the sandwich was also acting like she was in a race with herself or on some timer I couldn’t see to top my sandwich as fast as she possibly could. I felt rushed. There wasn’t even anyone behind me. So they rush me through the line then ask for a tip…why do they even need tips? You tip servers…. Are you not paying them enough hourly wage??

I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app, it charged my credit card (I get an immediate notification by text) and deducted $4 in Subway rewards. My son drove to Subway to pick up the sandwiches and they had no record of the order. I checked my credit card online and it was showing 2 charges for $11 each as a pending charge (double charged me). I sent screen shots of the order and that is was “Paid” via my cc (twice) and that it was for that exact location (52 Elm St. Biddeford, ME) and the store refused to give him the sandwiches saying they had no record of the order even though we had proof of the order and proof of double payment. They told HIM to call the shops in Kennebunk, ME and Scarborough, ME because they sometimes get their orders by mistake. He called Kennebunk, they had no record of it, He could not reach Scarborough because they didn’t answer the phone. He went back into the original shop and asked for the corporate phone # or the franchise owner phone # and they said they didn’t have either one and told him to “google it”. WHAT A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. We got Alex Pizza instead so there was somewhat of a happy ending, but now I have to deal with 2 charge-backs this week.
