Very nice and polite staff working. Excellent customer service. I ordered a customized vegetarian biscuit for me, the guy in the kitchen made really delicious and he added some extra vegetables as a token of greet and offered a drink as well. Whenever I come back here, I will surely like to make a stop here again. 5 STARS

Same Arby’s as everywhere, Except the portions are tiny. Small is kids menu sized, but full adult prices. They don’t take Arby’s Rewards either “because they’re Pilot”…..save some $$ and head for the ‘Arches’. Added a star because employees seemed friendly.

Fast, friendly, fresh. This location is inside a Pilot convenience store, so they have all the usual Arby’s items as well as plenty of other options in the adjacent store.

I went into the establishment to purchase a sandwich. I attempted to use a completely valid gift card but I was told that the location doesn’t accept gift cards. The whole point of a gift card is to convert money into card you can use at a later date. I have used a gift card at this location on prior occasions too. This issue was not due to a system malfunction either. If they don’t honor their gift cards it is practically stealing from customers by promising the money they spend on a gift card can be used on another date. On a positive note the staff was very polite about this and I know this problem has not done with them.

I am pulled up to the drive-thru it was completely empty. We were the only ones there. I got to the ordering screen, and I was told to wait just one moment. About four or five minutes later, they got back to me and replaced our order and pulled around. The worker greeted us and took me our payment, and then we sat and waited…. and waited… and waited… all the while being able to look into the window and seeing the workers just goofing off. Someone finally came over to the window and handed us a bag that wasn’t even our order, i said this is way too light to be what we ordered, and he’s like oh…. sorry boss…. and then we waited several more minutes… in total, we were at the window waiting for our food for 20 minutes!!! They had no one in front of us.There was no reason to have to wait that long.They were not busy at all. And then to get the wrong order at first I mean, how can you mess this up especially when you’ve taken 20 minutes?!
However they did, we got the right order.However, they did not make the food or drinks as ordered, and the stuff that was made correctly was so sloply put together that there was no way to eat it without making an absolute mess. The lady that was taking our order was in such a rush to get our order that she didn’t listen to everything I said. I just can’t see how so much could go wrong given the curcumstances.

This has to be one of the most friendly drive thrus I have ever been to the employees have never disappointed, and the food is always good best Arby’s in Cedar Rapids hands down!

Shout out to the service here! The register went down at the front desk, so the drive-through server took our orders quickly instead of making us wait until the register was switched over to the other. They started working on our food before we actually ordered also.
We felt well taken care of.
The food was ok. Lots of hard, dry buns for a handful of us but gyros were fresh and good and brisket and chicken sandwiches were hot and tasty.

I ordered food at 408. I paid at 416. I didn’t receive all of my order until 441. My sandwiches were cold, I had to go inside to get my fries after they were not in my drive through order and by the time I got to open them, the mozzarella sticks were cold and gross. The kid at the counter when I went inside was very polite but I still waited until they served every inside guest before they fixed the missed fries from my order. I will not be returning here.

Tables to sit & enjoy a hot, fresh & filling meal. The employees are polite, professional & personable. The overall store/ restaurant is clean and welcoming! I found a new spot to stop when coming through Iowa!
