I ordered two pizza and a Fred bread. I was told 20 mins to get there n have to wait 20 more mins because they didn’t have my bread. The girl with glasses was really rude to the other people in back and even more rude to the people on the phone. I love their Fred bread that is the only reason I go back. As far as I’m concerned this place should be shut down.. Saturday as my daughter has cancer and is undergoing chemo treatments she had politely asked for them to use gloves while preparing her food and boy oh boy they went off in the kitchen and started up a whole conversation out loud with customers in the dinning area and was talking smack about her trying to say they always wear gloves and yet my daughter stood right there and seen certain ones without gloves on. Their attitude and service has GONE way down hill…my daughter has a mello personality so of course her mother in law stuck up for her. It just grinds me that to be treated poorly and talk smack about a customer loudly or any customer is just plain rude..they ALL had an attitude on Saturday June 3rd

Was told 15-20 minutes for3 pizzas waited an hour and half, they lost half our order toothless waitress was rude and didn’t even offer all of us waiting any kind of compensation… very poor management and mediocre food

I’m not from the area and wanted some good pizza. I chose this place over corporate franchise pizza place bc small local places like this usually have bomb pizza. Not only was the pizza not better than a chain, it was the WORST pizza I’ve ever had. Including frozen. It was dry, chewy, cardboard. Hardly any cheese. Like maybe 1.5 pepperoni per slice. I literally thought the pizza had been left over from the day before and was thrown back in the oven.

Staff was super friendly and food was excellent. Everyone here was nice and overly friendly. I wish more places were ran as good as this Mancinos and have food that tasted just as good. I have yet to try pizza at Mancinos and heard it was good, but i cant get over there grinders. Best Grinders around! Swing by here for great service and good food.

This place has good food for a pizza place. It’s too bad u can’t get there lazy employees to take an order after 7pm in a college town. If the owner reads this please respond, love to buy your business. It could make money if it was operated correctly on this town.
