I’ve been to several other mancios and when you order the fries , you get a whole box full , this is literally a handful. When I went back in and asked , he told me it’s just because the container they put him in , it doesn’t look like that much. They taste old and burnt. They are decimate not fresh

Scheduled a pickup 45 minutes in advance and they delayed it, then when i received my food it was burnt and the workers weren’t even trying to look like they were doing their job. Won’t be returning ever just get Little Ceasers for half the price.

Way to pricey for what they give you. The bread was doughy and I only got two slices of meat on my sandwich and no cheese. All I ask to be removed was the lettuce and tomato. We won’t be returning any time soon.

Staff was super friendly and food was excellent. Everyone here was nice and overly friendly. I wish more places were ran as good as this Mancinos and have food that tasted just as good. I have yet to try pizza at Mancinos and heard it was good, but i cant get over there grinders. Best Grinders around! Swing by here for great service and good food.

Door dashed got 2 pizzas and cheese bread one just pepperoni and the other ham and mushrooms. The first time I received the pizzas they put pepperoni and green olives on one and ham and green olives on the other. I called and they said yeah we know we messed it up. Contact door dash and reorder. So I di exactly that. The second time I received the order one of the pizzas was correct and the other was wrong again. I called them back and spoke to the manager. He was absolutely rude and did not seem to care. Not only was my order wrong twice in one day but the pizza wasnt even good. So I will never order from them again.

I’m not from the area and wanted some good pizza. I chose this place over corporate franchise pizza place bc small local places like this usually have bomb pizza. Not only was the pizza not better than a chain, it was the WORST pizza I’ve ever had. Including frozen. It was dry, chewy, cardboard. Hardly any cheese. Like maybe 1.5 pepperoni per slice. I literally thought the pizza had been left over from the day before and was thrown back in the oven.
I called the store and spoke to someone just to give my polite constructive feedback (I did not ask for a refund as I did not want to waste my time or gas to return it).
The lady I spoke to assured me it was not a reheated pizza but that all their pizzas are made fresh. Which if that’s their fresh made product, that’s really a worse problem than it being old and reheated.
We also got an order of boneless wings and they had no sauce on them. They were basically compressed chicken nugget balls with some dry sawdust texture breading on the outside that had the spiciness mixed into it. Really terrible also.
I would not recommend this place at all based on my one experience here.

They always have good pizza and this was no exception. The only issue I had was I ordered and paid for extra cheese and it did not look very cheesy but otherwise tasted very good.
