It was a very busy night. The staff was very polite and helpful. The manager, Brandon, had to help the cashier and me use my online coupon. Brandon did help with a cheerful and encouraging attitude. The restaurant was clean too. Our grinder was delicious.

It’s so delicious, their grinders especially. They have a French Dip only at this location which I make a trip for. I do feel their club grinder is the best thing they have on the menu — I could eat it daily.

This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with a local business. An employee made rude, inappropriate comments about a customer’s weight right out in the open. It was humiliating and completely unacceptable. When the owner was told, he just shrugged and said, “Sorry, he’s a rude person.” That was the end of it. No accountability, no action.
This is a small town. People here support local businesses because we expect respect and decency in return. There is absolutely no place for this kind of behavior especially from a business that claims to serve the community. Do better.

I came in here about a half hour before they closed. There’s always a worry when you visit a restaurant so close to closing that there will be unenthusiastic staff, or the food won’t be fresh or prepared with care.
That was not the case here at all. The staff were very friendly and very professional. They made our order fresh, very delicious. I love the grinders here. I recommend getting a large grinder-this will cost between fifteen and twenty dollars – but it will easily be enough for two meals. These heat up really well the next day in the oven or the air fryer.

I’ve been a fan of this place for quite some time, but I can confidently say the quality is abysmal the past five times I’ve went.
The steak in their grinders? Completely overdone. Tomatoes are barely sliced, leaving a thick slab of it just smack in the middle of my grinder. This could be forgiven if they didn’t manage to mess up CHEESE BREAD of all things. The past three times I went, the cheese was barely even melted!
The place has completely went downhill, no idea what the owner is doing. The only quality thing they still seem to have is the Cookiewhiches, and those are made by Uncle Ray’s.

The pizza was great. I had won the pizza lottery that Mancino’s does monthly. I picked a winning number and won a medium cheese pizza. I ordered over the phone and picked it up with no problems.

The meat lovers pizza was stuffed full of meat! The two grinders we ordered were also stuffed full of fixens. They all tasted great.

Best pizza in the area, hands down. The grinders are also fantastic. Way too big for one person to eat in one sitting, but they reheat just fine in a toaster oven or conventional oven.
