We came from out of town and found this amazing restaurant. Brad was very nice and accommodating. He made room for our soccer team and the service was fantastic. Everything we ordered was delicious. We were only in town for three days and w ate here twice! A must try for anyone visiting Washington DC!

Our first time at Mamma Lucia, we were told to sit ourselves. Place looked nice, clean. Staff was friendly. I had the seafood asparagus. I saw plenty of scallops, very little shrimp, very little mushrooms and what appeared to be two thin asparagus stalks. I was looking forward to the shrimp, asparagus and mushrooms and was disappointed. My meal came with a salad, I had the Caesar salad. The salad was a bit heavy on the dressing but still good. We also ordered cheese pizza. The pizza was delicious and large enough to feed two teens.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an Italian restaurant! The service was good, and the food was stellar. They serve toasted garlic bread before the meal. I recommend the pizza! I wish they had one in Dallas!!

It was my first time eating Mama Lucia’s pizza. OMG, I’m going to tell everyone who cares to know about this place. Mama’s special pizza. I’ve never tasted a pizza like that. Very good for the price.
