First of all, let me say, get it to go do not leave the restaurant in the summertime because flies are everywhere. But there’s nothing that certain restaurants can do about that I don’t blame them. Food quality was great. Service was great and price was a dollar or two more than I expected to pay for each item. I gave this place a B+. It would’ve gotten today, but the price was a little up there.

I drive by this restaurant often. Today I made time to go in for carryout. Good decision. I ordered Carne Asada-Tajadas. The beef was well cooked and seasoned. The portion was generous and matched the price charged. Fresh vegetables and sauces. The plantains were crisp on the edges. Savory and sweet. The dish was not greasy. I appreciated the kindness of the cashier and my order was ready promptly

AC doesnt work here, so be aware that if you come to dine in its always about 85 degrees inside in the summer. Sometimes this isnt so bad, but the last time we were in there they were short staffed so we ended up not having anyone get our order after sitting at the table for 20+ minutes. We just paid for our drinks & left as we had to be somewhere & didnt have that long to spend waiting to be served.

No fountain sodas. You pay $3-$4 a drink. Very expensive food. $30 a plate is very unexceptable in a small city. It’s basically a semi trailer. Waitresses are very rude and wait on you twice. They take your order and then bring you your food. After that you’ll never see them again. Food is ok but not worth the price they charge. Just go to any mexican restaurant with a nice atmosphere and pay half the price.

I like Mama Panchi for the authenticity of the food. I have enjoyed Pupusas in El Salvador, and those who know, know. Ask for ensalada and red sauce and you are set for authentic Salvadorian Pupusas.

I did not enjoy anything about this restaurant. The waitress was not friendly, our order of 6 tacos took around 20 minutes, and it was covered in oil. I will never eat here again. Also the food was over priced. Definitely not money well spent. By far my least favorite restaurant in Springfield.
