Worst customer service ever. My food arrived, burnt and disgusting. The noodles were hard and inedible. Pasta should be so burnt it’s crunchy! I called and talked to a female on 1/4/2023 who would not even give me her name and was told rudely just to call and deal with it through Uber. She told me to not curse and I never did. I wouldn’t mind calling Uber, thats fine and all fine but that is not how you treat/talk to a customer. I have dealt with Manager Marvin there before and never had a problem. I speak with Frank who didn’t even want to get on the phone and then when he did completely screamed at me and told me I wasn’t listening. Very verbally abusive. I have given them hundreds and hundreds of dollars of business a month of money and now due to the situation I would never go into this establishment EVER again and I am going to do everything in my power to make sure East Meadow knows what that restaurant is like. They are nasty people! There’s no reason why that phone call couldn’t of been taken care of properly and professionally. I have worked in customer service, and I own my own business,30 years and I have never treated a customer like that in my entire life. That place needs complete training with customer service. The only person I can say that has been nice and helpful is Marvin. Will tell all of my friends, Facebook friends and East Meadow community not to do business with this place. I am owed an apology. They lost money today! Do yourself a huge favor don’t do business with a place who can’t even deal with a simple issue like Manager Frank and his hostess. It is sad. All that had to be done is make another plate and deliver it. I am so disappointed and disgusted! Why this had to be blown up by them was not necessary.

I don’t really post reviews but this was ridiculous. Ordered a penne, à la vodka to find this . Chicken didn’t taste good pasta was watery. Expensive for no reason. I could’ve gotten better pasta in Olive Garden at this point.

For the price you pay for a slice, I paid $15 for 3 slices of pizza. The guy behind the counter couldn’t have been bothered. No smile or how can I help you. Just stood there. But the man that came in after me it was Hi sir how are you what can I get you?

Great tasting pizzas at Mama Theresa’s! The pastas are decent but good enough to order again. I usually get a regular pie and a couple of pasta dishes. The Chicken Parmigiana is ok they give a decent sized portion of the chicken breast.the service and staff here are pretty good and the food comes out quick. They also have coupons in the local mail and circulars. Recommended if you’re in the East Meadow area.

That was an experience I hope to never have again. Website inoperable. I order by phone. Go to pick up. Pay for food. Told that it’ll be 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I ask if it’s done. They put it on the oven and decided to not tell me it was done. Small inconvenience but rude. Dropped the ball. Hoping next time is better
